Our home is uniquely cozy due to the attention to detail in design. Making you will feel right at home! You will not be disappointed with this property and the close proximity to all the amenities you need. A warm weather paradise single story home with lush backyard and private pool.
This home is walking distance to grocery store, shopping, restaurants as well as Trilogy golf course. The Queen Creek wash is only 200 yards away to be able to enjoy a nice quiet scenic walk or bike ride.

Our newly remodeled home will have you feeling comfortable the minute you arrive. A light, spacious single level floor plan with plenty of room to breath.
A Luxurious backyard with private pool, cabana patio with TV to enjoy those warm winter evenings outside.

Guest Access
You will have access to the entire house including a double car garage with space for a single car to park inside.

Interaction with Guests
We will be available to answer any and all of your questions, we will also have a property manager who will come to your assistance if need be.

The Neighborhood
The neighbors in this area are amazing. If you need a cup of sugar or anything else they will all go out of there way to lend a hand.

Getting Around
One of the major advantages to this home is the close proximity to the grocery store. There is a walking path that leads directly to Grocery store, Fletchers tire store, a manicure spa, Ups mailing store, a fantastic Italian restaurant called Babbo and that's only naming a few. If you love to Golf you can walk to Triology golf course. Again the Queen Creek Wash is only 200 yards south of the home. An asphalt path that spans 11 miles round trip and is being lengthened in the next few years. Such a great way to stay active in the warm winter months.

Other Things to Note
We will consider allowing a small dog to take residence in our home as well. (Additional fee will apply, please contact me for more details). There is a small doggie door already installed as well as a secure backyard, so hopefully no escapees!
Weekly pool service and monthly landscaping included.
Landlord protected thermostats A.C. units go to a comfortable 74 degrees. Heater to a cozy 71 degrees.
Utilities included year round for extended stays.

Great house with a nice pool

My husband, dog and I stayed at this house for a weekend getaway. The house was great, the layout was really nice and had everything we needed. We spent time lounging in the pool which was fantastic. There is a lot of greenery in the backyard which gives quite a bit of privacy and the neighborhood was quiet with stores and restaurants very close.

Even Better Than the Pictures!

My family of 5 stayed at Kelly's house for a long weekend visiting family in Phoenix. The house is perfect for a large family or a few couples and even better than the pictures. Kelly is fast and helpful with the communication and she was very understanding of our questions. The beds and linens are the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a VRBO! The backyard is beautiful with a variety of shady and sunny spots to sit in. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Kelly!

The home was much more that I expected. When we walked in the door, it was beautiful, well cared for and larger than I expected. The location is wonderful, a short walk to the store, we enjoyed walking on the beautiful walking/bike path and the golf course was so close. You might want to check the back tire on one of the bikes, thank you for having them available. Though the pool was not heated, we enjoyed it on the 97 degree day. It was a wonderful place to spend time with my sisters that live there. I hope we might be able to vacation there again in the future. Thank you.

Very Clean

We met our college children for Thanksgiving because they did not have enough time to come home for the holiday. The house was very clean and comfortably decorated. The kitchen accommodated cooking a Thanksgiving meal with plenty of seating for people to eat. We were exhausted and wanted to extend one day to rest before traveling home. The host was very accommodating.

We are a family of 4 who loves to travel.... Our 2 boys are at a great age to try something a little different for a few years.... So we are off to Colorado to do some snowboarding!

Why they chose this property

We are looking for nice, respectful people to stay in our home and love it as much as we do.
You will not find a better location, then our property. We have the accessibility to just about everything you need either in walking distance or a short car ride.

What makes this property unique

The most unique benefit to our home is being located only a few hundred yards from the Queen Creek wash. This maintained asphalt trail is perfect for anytime of the day stroll or heavy exercise if your into that!!! Did I mention Babbo the Italian restaurant that has an amazing wine selection with great food is just out your front door and across the green belt, no need to drive.
