Beautiful McCormick Ranch close to Talking Stick resort, Salt River Flats Rockies/Diamond Backs, Old Town Scottsdale. The home is 5 minutes from Rockies spring training and 20 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. Completely remodeled with upgrades in 2018. Includes 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom en-suite with king size bed. The two additional bedrooms each have queen size beds and share a hall bathroom. Television in all 3 bedroom with WiFi and cable included. Two car garage and heated pool. Fully furnished with everything for your stay.

Spring Break Review

The pool was heated and felt great on the 90 degree days. The pool volleyball net at the property was a highlight of our afternoons. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location - close to the 101, golf, food, walking, and shopping. Perfect for our family of four.

The inside was very nicely remodeled and included everything we needed! The pool and patio areas were also very nice.

Great house

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood! House was very clean. The one mattress was worn out and was wet when we arrived but not a big deal and I let the owner know and he was thankful for the info. The pool heater was turned off but as soon as we contacted the owner, he came and turned it on. We were very satisfied and would rent this house again!

Great choice

The property is well equipped and nicely furnished. Very nice neighborhood and close to the 101 Loop for getting wherever you need to be. You’ll be happy with this rental!

Everything and Anything you could want or need in a rental - this place has it!

This is our 2nd time using VRBO and it'll be hard to top our experience. We wanted to try renting a house with a pool and this property was just awesome. Newly renovated, spacious floor plan, great community/shopping. Property Manager was available via phone/text/in-person for any issues or concerns we had - and with prompt replies. We hope to move to PHX in the near future, but if we return prior to then - we are definitely requesting this property for a repeat stay. Thanks again!

This is an excellent place to stay in the Scottsdale area. The place was exceptionally clean and everything seemed to be brand new. The house is well appointed and very comfortable to spend a week in. Close to shopping, golf courses, baseball games, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
