Georgian Bay Family Cottage

Our cottage has been in the family for over 20 years. It has created many family memories which are still discussed today. Our 3 acre property boasts spectacular south west views of Georgian Bay and Midland in the distance. The cottage has a private beach and launch ramp. The cottage presents itself with wraparound patterned concrete decks and provides both privacy and the ability to entertain with style and comfort. It's uber private setting is unique to itself. The paved circular driveway provides ample parking for trailers and cars. It's a close distance to both Honey Harbor and Port Severn in case something has been forgotten. Golf is close as is a spa for pampering. It's a short one and a half hour drive from Toronto and as easy to find as the nearest Tim Hortons.

Relax in style and comfort overlooking Georgain Bay in this unique open concept 4 bedroom 3 bath cottage. Private beach and dock area make for outdoor fun. Close to Honey Harbour and Port Severn and only 1.5 hrs from Toronto.
The property has a private sand beach with swimming. It has its own boat launch and 25 foot dock for guests to use for their own boats.

The cottage is on septic tank and has been recently renovated throughout. With three showers and one jacuzzi tub for comfort.

There are 4 bedrooms in the main cottage with two residing in the lower floor. A games room with 6x12 snooker table provide rainy day fun.

The guest cabin/Kids Escape is available for rental at $1000/week. Guest cabin has satellite tv and 2pc washroom. The cabin has 1 bunk bed ideal for early teenagers or for the nite hawks.

Pets are welcomed on or within the property during the rental periods, however this must me discussed prior to the visit.
