2 floor apartment on first floor is kitchen with dining area and living room with pull out sofa for 2 persons, large balcony with stunning sea view , on second floor is another bathroom and 4 bedrooms (king size beds) for 8 people .Full apartment space on 2 floors with balcony and large parking for 3 cars.


While you're staying here, apartment will be your private oasis.

We will be at propertys ground floor for any information . For check-in, we'll give you keys and you can arrive anytime after 1pm and check yourself in. Please put the keys back before checking-out at 10am.

The first floor has a kitchen with dining area and living room with sofa bed, where two people can sleep. Also, there is a spacious terrace with beautiful sea views, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with large double beds and a bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi and iron. Soft bed linen and clean towels will welcome you at your accommodation. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and utensils and an oven, refrigerator, stove and microwave.

What makes this property unique

Stanići is a small tourist village 5 km away from Omiš in the direction of Makarska and Dubrovnik. Its steep slopes offer beautiful views as well as full comfort in newly built houses, villas and apartments. The air here is fresh, the sea blue and clear, the beaches quiet and clean, away from the aggressive hustle and bustle of modern life and the tourist industry.
We'd like to point out that apartment has one of the best restaurants in this region, called "Espana" . Supermarket is 10 m and beach 120m away.
