A modern and stylishly furnished apartment located in the gorgeous Caloundra area, is just a stones throw from the beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Only a short walk to the heart of Caloundra and an even shorter walk to the boardwalk and beaches.

A great family park is within 200m, or you can stay at the complex and enjoy the sparkling pool. Very close to shops, restaurants and transport. Also let's not forget those sweeping ocean views.

Take a short stroll to picturesque Happy Valley and enjoy a BBQ while the kids play on the state of the art play equipment and afterwards, enjoy endless sun and surf on Bulcock Beach. The Caloundra Cbd is only a 5 minute walk where you can spend a lazy afternoon browsing in the many shops and boutiques on offer. The restaurants and cafes in this area are many and varied, and guaranteed to tempt the fussiest eater! Alternatively, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk, breathe the fresh salt air and take in stunning views of the coastline.

The lounge room consists of a three seater couch, a recliner, a large screen television, Dvd player and
a furnished balcony providing great ocean views. The dining room features a dining setting to suit four. The kitchen comprises a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, cooktop and all cooking utensils are supplied.

The main bedroom contains a queen bed and a built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and built in robes. The bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and adjacent toilet. The laundry contains a washing machine, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. As a added bonus you also have access to your very own private roof top area where the view is fantastic.

A single lock up garage, a sparkling complex pool, and easy stair access to your apartment on the third level complete the package.

Deepwater cove

The unit was perfect for my family of three. It had a small kitchen,two bedrooms,one toilet and bathroom. A laundry and balcony where you can dry the clothes. The view of Bulcock beach was the best and walking distance to the cafes and shops. It was a very quiet little place. I will recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a place to chill and relax.

Very friendly when we picked up the keys. We had a wonderful 2 weeks, felt like home, was very comfortable. A great unit, fantastic location and the pool was wonderful, our 3 year old loved it.
