Beautiful family-friendly vacation apartment in a quiet location for 5 people

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, satellite TV, cozy seating area and direct access to the large covered sun terrace with garden table, chairs and deckchairs
In the 2 bedrooms you will find a double bed and in the larger of the two bedrooms there are 2 more beds.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath and toilet


From the kitchen you can go directly to the large covered sun terrace which is equipped with a garden table, chairs and deckchairs.
In the adjoining garden with lawn you have space for sunbathing, relaxing or grilling. A charcoal grill and an electric grill are available.
For children there is a swing, sandpit, bobby car and a table tennis table.
In winter you will find our own ski rental for
Alpine, cross-country and snowboard at affordable prices.
Sledges are available free of charge.

The accommodation was really clean and the rooms were bigger than expected. The hosts live in the same house (seperate entrance) and were very friendly. Any questions were quickly answered. We had some luck that our children were almost the same age as their grandchildren and they let our children use their bikes and bobby cars, which our children absolutely loved.If the host reads this, thanks again for everything.

Wir haben uns einfach nur wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist der Wahnsinn. Ruhe und Idylle pur. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Was will man mehr? Für Kinder einiges an Spielgeräte und Tischtennis vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Unsere Unternehmungen mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Idyllisch und freundlich

Super Vermieter, hilfreich und zuvorkommend bei jeder Kleinigkeit, viel Platz, tolle Terrasse mit Kinoblick in die Landschaft. Es war gut und erholsam und auch unsere Teenager wollen wieder hin.

Geräumige, toll gelegene Ferienwohnung

Vielen dank für den tollen Aufenthalt im bayerischen Wald. Wir können nur positives berichten. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde die grosse Ferienwohnung gezeigt. Wir waren vor allem auch von der Küchenaussstattung begeistert. Neben toaster und backofen, gab es auch weiteres nützliches, was wir selten vorfanden. Es gab z.b. scharfe Messer und auch Tupperdosen. Es war auch sehr toll, dass unsere Gastgeberin uns Schlitten und ein Dreirad zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Das hat unserem zweijährigen Sohn gut gefallen. Wir waren über Neujahr in der Wohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Terrasse und der tolle Garten eignen sich aber auch bestens für einen Sommeraufenthalt. Zudem gab es einen praktischen Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Wir können die Wohnung mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Super für kleine Kinder

Die Lage ist traumhaft, ruhig mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Die vorhandenen Spielgeräten waren für die Kleine das Highlight. Die Wohnung selbst war allgemein sehr gepflegt und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich! Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage 😊

Unser Urlaub war wunderschön und sehr erholsam. Der Garten ist ein Traum und unser Kind (1,5 Jahre) hat sich richtig wohl gefühlt, auch bei den Nachbarn und deren Hasen und Hühnern. Sehr angenehme und freundliche Gastgeber, die uns herzlich aufgenommen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Diese Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das schon mal alles was wir brauchen um uns rund um Wohl zu fühlen! Vermieterin, Frau Egginger ist sehr lieb. Wir würden mit einer Flasche Glühwein und lecker Schokolade begrüßt. Dankeschön von Herzen!

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern begrüßt und waren begeistert von der geräumigen Ferienwohnung mit Garten. Die Lage ist hervorragend geeignet für Ausflüge. Die Zeit war leider zu kurz - wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Schöner u. gemütlicher Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie absolut zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Es gab alles was im Vorfeld mit der Gastfamilie besprochen wurde. Es wurde uns ein Hochstuhl u. Kinderreisebett zur Verfügung gestellt, was im Nachgang sehr angenehm war. Der Garten lud zum Spielen und Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und man konnte jederzeit mit Fragen sich an Sie wenden. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ruhig und gemütlich

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Auf der großen Terrasse ließ sich prima entspannen. Von Teisnach aus haben wir viel unternommen und die schöne Gegend erkundet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Fam. Egginger das wir bei Ihnen sein durften. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung und das Außengelände sind super gepflegt, geschmackvoll und sehr großzügig. Wer fernab von Trubel Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig.Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im grünen.

Wir sind sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen worden.Die Ferienwohnung war genauso wie es im IInternetportal beschrieben wurde.Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht und grün soweit dass Auge reicht.Beide Gastgeber haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben.Also rund um ein schöner Urlaub.

Empfehlenswert

Eine sehr große Ferienwohnung mit einem schönen Garten, besonders für kleine Kinder. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung läd abseits des touristischen Trubels zum Entspannen ein. Trotzdem kann man zu Fuß (mittlerer Spaziergang) einige Restaurants in der Umgebung erreichen.
