Three-store villa, you can use the entire house to yourselves, situated on the beach on private grounds surrounded by pine trees. Very quiet, summer breeze, fully equipped, ideal for families with children. One ground floor, a first floor and a second floor. Three bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor and a balcony, a kitchen, a living room and one WC on the first fllor with a large verand. One guest room, one WC and a small kitchen on the ground floor. An outdoor shower, a large veranda with an amazing view to the sea. Two refrigerators, one dish-washer, one washing machine, one hair dryer, airconditions in each bedroom and one aircondtion in the large living-room. An outdoor barbeque area. For reservations of 30 days, a cleaning lady once a week is offered free of charge. Bed sheets and towels available for all guests.
The beach is only 10 steps from the house.
The house is situated in Halkidiki, Sithonia between the village of Nikiti and the village of Metamorfosi. It is 7 klm away from Nikiti and 500 meters away from Metamorfosi. Nikiti has wonderful tavernas with delicious Greek food on the sea side. Many supermarkets. From the house, the village of Metamorfosi is reachable also on foot. In Metamorfosi you can find a bakery, a butcher, pizza restaurants, tavernas, a fish shop with fresh fish every day.
There is an extra charge of 15,00 per stay/night for environmetal fee, imposed by the Greek state.
