Two bedroom, two bath, oceanview condo at desirable Castle Reef. unit is on the 2nd floor and has quick easy access to the pool, beach and parking lot without the use of elevators if you are inclined to walk the short distance. Unit looks out of the Gazebo in the pool area. Unit has nice view of the pool area and ocean and of the entire pool deck area. Complex has two pools - including childs. Unit on 2nd floor close to stair - easy access to beach and pool area. New Symrna is the Orlando local's choice. Unit is updated with new kitchen and baths - very well furnished. Great fishing right off the beach. Pets are not allowed per the condominium association bylaws, sorry. Unit is no smoking. Laundry located close to unit - 30-40 steps - machines are wifi controlled, washer dryer not in unit.
