New spacious and well appointed executive 4 bedroom townhouse. A five minute walk to the beach, river and breakwall and within walking distance to North Haven shops, cafes and restaurants.

Generously equipped granite kitchen with breakfast bar, oven, cook top, dishwasher, small appliances, large refrigerator and adjacent outdoor area.

Open plan living area with dining table and 8 chairs, 2 large lounges and 2 arm chairs. Queen bedroom downstairs with walk in robe and ensuite access 2-way bathroom with shower only. Upstairs - 1 double bedroom, 1 queen bedroom with built-in robes, large TV room with 2 King single beds designed for conversion into king bed. A full bathroom upstairs with shower and separate bath.

Ducted air-conditioning throughout. Ceiling fans in living areas and bedrooms. Two flat screen TVs, DVD, CD player, free WiFi. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Single garage.

Simply stunning throughout

This was our 4th visit and cannot rave enough about the quality and well appointed inclusions throughout. Great location and handy walk to the beach and bowling club. Very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. Would highly recommend.

Spacious well layed out property with all the kitchen items you would need. Easy walk to water/cafes

We enjoyed our stay and would come back to North Haven... beautiful relaxing location. Positives: Spacious well appointed property in convenient location. Great to have the drive in garage with internal access. Property manager Wayne & the team at LJ Hooker were great and very helpful. Negatives: Wi-Fi drops in and out a fair bit & phone coverage was poor at best.

Great fishing

Great location, very short walk to a patrolled beach and great fishing off the break wall. The street is very quite and it’s only a short walk to a takeaway/ ice cream shop. House was very clean and had plenty of room for a large family. We hope to return soon
