Situated on the 1st floor of the Flightdeck complex, a security building with the convenience of a lift, secure single garage and sparkling pool to relax in at the end of the day. This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom north facing unit features a large main bedroom with a queen-sized bed with walk-in robe and ensuite. There is a queen-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and two singles in the third bedroom.

This apartment offers expansive open plan living and dining area with air conditioner, flat screen TV, DVD player. Enjoy the convenience of a modern well-equipped kitchen with black granite benchtop and stainless-steel appliances including dishwasher and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Lovely Big Apartment only problem was there was no Bath Plug which was a Spa Bath so couldn’t use, and the BBQ on deck was really dirty so didn’t use it.Lovely location very quiet

Very spacious apartment with a fantastic balcony. Lounge is very comfortable and air-con to beat the summer heat. Well stocked with cutlery and crockery. Unfortunately none of the blinds went up and most had no rod attached to open and let in natural light. The BBQ was dirty and given the cleaning fee I would have expected it to be clean. There is no air-con in the rooms and the fan in one room did not work. We had to buy a frypan for our stay as the ones in the unit have lost their non stick and all the food stuck but plenty of options for cooking utensils apart from that. Easy access to the apartment and parking.

The apartment was spotless and very well appointed,excellent location and the apartment itself was huge,the outdoor area was lovely,nice touches throughout and styled beautifully. Only downfall was no ceiling fans in any rooms,which made the rooms very hot and stuffy,pedastool fans were provided but made no difference.

One PowerPoint in the kitchen didn’t work properly. The door from the main bedroom to the balcony didn’t lock. And no blind on windows in one of the rooms. The blinds had no cords to pull them up or down. Hope this information is passed onto the owners. Overall a great, roomy unit to stay in and very close to restaurants and shops.

Excellent location walking distance to beach, cafes, shopping, restaurants & walking paths. Loved Port Macquarie. Large apartment with pool, lift access and a large private covered deck area. Linen hire no problem. Linen delivered to the apartment so hassle free. Slight issue with deck cleanliness due to mice which property manager is going to address. Happy to stay again due to its fantastic location.

Reviewer Comments: Location was great however the property is need of a serious deep clean and update to amenities. There appears to be an infestation of German cockroaches in the kitchen. They were crawling in the dishwasher, over the benches and even on the dining table. The outdoor furniture is broken and there is no hair-dryer, WiFi or DVDs to supplement not having WiFi. The window covering also let in too much light from the outisde street and building lights. The upstairs neighbour hosed their balcony on several occasions which gushed down onto where we were sitting. A great apartment but could do with a bit of TLC.

Reviewer Comments: Large 3 bedroom apartment on ground floor which although you do not have a view,the patio is much larger with large dining table, outdoor lounge suite, barbecue. Lounge has large flat screen tv , comfy lounge and all beds are comfortable. Only downside is no hair dryer, no WiFi(essential these days) and no linen supplied. Overal was very good and would recommend it, being aware of the downside.

This gives it a very dark feel.- Cleanliness -Upon arrival, the place smelled like a curry house, which had only faded slightly by the time we departed one week later. There was even spilled curry on a table runner.There is plastic cover on the dining table, which is full of dirty smudges.There were small cockroaches throughout the place.Long black hairs in our beds.Kitchenware and benches were dirty (had to clean it all ourselves)- Property Management -As we arrived the day before New Years Eve, we spent a couple of days in the apartment (being a weekend and public holidays), before we walked down to the property manager, Elders Lifestyle (/) and told them about the state of the property.We had expectations that they would send someone to the apartment to inspect the condition (the curry smell, dirty bedrooms and kitchen, cockroaches etc), so they could at least inform their cleaners where to focus and perhaps try to do a better job.Instead, we were asked to go back and document everything that we had told them. We politely declined their offer of ‘doing their job for them’, as we after all had better things to do on our holiday.At this point – we are not sure if they have taken any action to rectify the condition of the apartment, and we feel sorry for those people who have already booked the place.- No WIFIReally? In 2024, there are still places that do not offer WIFI?

The only problem was the cockroaches. They seemed to multiply as we were there. The real estate offered to come and spray but that would have meant being shut out of the apartment. Not ideal. Apart from that this really is a great apartment nicely furnished with plenty of room to move. The other thing to be aware of is there is no linen.

Linen wasn't really an issue for us as we were on a dedicated visit to Port, rather than touring, but it would have been inconvenient if we were on a lengthy road trip. If we had been warned when booking we may have stayed somewhere else!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment is in a fantastic location at the top of one of the Main Streets in town. Great access to the cafes, restaurants and shopping, only s short walk down the road. it was great to eat out at night and just wander back a short way to the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, with quite modern furnishings and although we are only a couple it would easily accomodate a family with ample space to relax inside or outside on the lounges and armchairs. There are only a few apartments in the complex that have an outside area so an added bonus. There is also a dining table outside for 8 people. Great for a stay with kids as its an easy walk to the beachfront and playground areas.The outside area has great views to the river and ocean.The kitchen is a little small but has everything you need. Main bedroom was great, comfy bed and a large WIR to store suitcases and areas to store clothes The apartment is easily accessed from the lift, only several metres away. There is one carpark in the underground parking area, that has a remote tilt door so your car is very secure.The apartment is great value, we will stay there again and I would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious apartment very close to the centre of Port Macquarie.
