Everything in this home has been carefully thought of, with nothing left unfinished. Rest easy with brand new Sealy Posturepedic mattresses on every bed in the home with crisp, fresh linens for your stay. Towels, shampoos, hair dryer, fully equip kitchen etc. are all included with your stay.

Here, at Wares Estate, our first priority is our guest. We are making sure you’re not lacking anything during your stay here, and we are kindly asking you to respect our home. We would like to keep it in a pristine condition for your next visit and therefore we ask for it to be kept in adequate condition. We guarantee you a peaceful atmosphere and a pleasant stay.
We are conveniently located within a short distance from public beaches, Hardy Lake provincial park, Torrance Barrens Dark-Sky Preserve, Guwling Lake park, Windsor park, Walker’s Point Marina, Walker’s Point community centre with tennis courts, recreational activities and classes available. Fire station and ambulance station are within 2 kilometers from us. We are close to Gravenhurst, Bala, Bracebridge and Port Carling, where you can enjoy high end restaurants, bars, concerts and even opera! Muskoka’s extensive snowmobile network features more than 1,600kms of OFSC trails, making Muskoka one of the most traversed snowmobile trail networks in Ontario. Muskoka offers a great list of trails that can be used for skiing and snowshoeing.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, parties permitted, no pets.

- [ ] *Please use indoor shoes.
- [ ] *Smoking inside the house in NOT permitted !!!
- [ ] *Garbage has to be collected and taken with you. If garbage left inside or outside of the house $250 will be deducted from your security deposit.
- [ ] If there is nowhere for you to take the garbage ( if you are not Canadian or any other reason) you have to collect it in large black bags and leave INSIDE , on the kitchen floor, make sure it’s not leaking, double bag if needed. Please let us know if you will be leaving the garbage and how many bags before checking out. EXTRA CHARGE WILL APPLY
- [ ] *Do not wear outdoor shoes inside the sauna.
- [ ] *When you smoke outside, discard cigarettes and ashes in an unburnable (and unmeltable) can filled with sand and never throw cigarettes on the ground. ... Make sure cigarettes and ashes are out before throwing them in the trash can. Soak cigarette butts and ashes in water before throwing them away.
*Do not flush in the toilets anything but toilet paper.
*The house has to be left the same way it was found.
If you needed to move furniture, kindly return it back where it was.
Dishes have to be washed and placed back where it was taken from.
Please, leave towels in the bathrooms and bed sheets on the beds, you don’t have to remove or wash it.

*Do not leave any food or dirty dishes outside unattended or overnight ( if you don’t want to meet a hungry animal)
