This 2 BR 1 BA brand new condo unit is fully furnished and complete with all modern day requirements. This is a superb property in a great location with living space of approximately 38 square meters.

Location: Approximately 16 km to NAIAirport, 17 km to Mall of Asia, 33 km to Tagaytay

Safety: 24/7 Security guard on duty, with smoke detectors and fire sprinklers and fire extinguishers

Guests registration and check in/out:
Check in: 3:00 PM Check out: 12:00 NOON
Admin Office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Contact number is available for guests arriving after 5:30 PM to arrange for key pick up.
There will be $20 (P1,000) deposit upon check in. This will be returned upon check out.

Good enough!

First af all, when we came on the said date of arrival we did not like the rental because it was not what we expected based on their advertisement page. It was dirty and most of the furniture are damage and different from the photos. So we complain but they owner is very kind and helpful. By her staff they fix the room and clean it. The building is always clean by the maintenance but still a lot of cockroaches and ants are everywhere. Even in the flat we can find a lot of ant and cockroach. All in all it was fine being there for a short period of time. Thanks you.
