This was the perfect spot for a friend getaway! It felt clean and had the perfect living room for our group to hang out together. It was also only a 3 minute drive to the silver dollar city entrance, which was perfect for us!

Lovely family get away!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for our family and very cozy. We loved how close it was to Silver Dollar City. We enjoyed coming back to the condo for swimming and relaxing on the porch after a long day of family fun at the park or in Branson. Thanks for the lovely accommodations.

Weekend Get Away

We stayed at the condo for a weekend get away. We went to silver dollar city and this condo was in a fantastic location for our day trip. It is less than a mile away so there was minimal traffic and after a long day it was so nice to only drive 5 minutes to the condo. The condo is very nice, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Their was a picture frame in the bathroom that was broken when we arrived. I contacted the owner but never was able to get any response. The wallpaper in the bathroom was also falling off the wall. The hotel just down the street was very sketchy. I wouldn't have stayed in the condo by myself with the hotel just down the street. There was minimal to no cookware as well as cooking materials in the kitchen. There was no cooking spray so we had to get up early and make a trip to the store so that we could make eggs. The ice maker also doesn't work in the condo so we ended up having to get bottled water to take with us. They did have cable TV as well as the ability to get on Hulu &/or Netflix. Although, the couch was terribly uncomfortable. We also didn't like that we had to pay an expensive cleaning fee and then the owner sends you a whole list of cleaning things you must complete before we left or you get fined. The checkout time was 10am so we had to get up extra early to get all the cleaning items done, make breakfast and be out by 10. Overall, a nice place for a short get away but I wouldn't pick to stay at this condo much longer than that.

Overall value is okay for this property...don't be fooled by the "stone" elements in the photos

I wish I had read all of the reviews before my husband and I spent money on this property. For this particular mini-vacation, I needed a true place of solitude and relaxation, and we would have been happier spending a little more for another, more spacious and enjoyable property. This condo is small. There's not enough room in the kitchen for more than one person at a time. There's no dishwasher (although instructions for departure demand all dishes to be put in one and started before leaving), and the bedroom lacks enough side tables and places to put luggage and night-time accouterments (like, no place to put my glasses or jewelry next to the bed). The bathroom continues the tiny theme and the water pressure is lacking...well...you can't really even call it pressure. There were ample towels, though. No hand soap in the dispenser, though. Lots of peeling wallpaper added to the somewhat shabby feel. The kitchen counters weren't clean when we got there, which kind of made me go "bleck." The deck is quite nice and is the very best thing about the property. All that being said, if you're not claustrophobic as I am, and not irritated by the lack of a dishwasher, the value for this condo is okay. I would recommend it for a solo trip, but certainly not for two or or more people who aren't related at least by marriage. My husband didn't have quite the reaction I did, but he is kind of tiny himself, and is less picky than I am (and honestly, didn't need to relax nearly as much as I did as he's retired). Depending on your needs and level of expectation, this will do in a pinch. But, it's all about expectations, and I think the property description kind of tries to fool you on that, honestly.

Nice place with convenient location

Clean place with easy to use check in and out process. Everything that we wanted to accomplish with a 3 year old was conveniently located pretty close as well. The park and little walking trails helped having a kid along as well. One of my favorite places to have stayed!

We loved the balcony and privacy. Loved the full fridge. Easy coded entry. We did have to ask for more towels so next time we will prob bring some of our own. We will definitely be back to Notch Estates.

Great location

Smaller than I thought, but it was just the two of us, so it was great. Loved the location, far enough out to make it quiet and easier to get back to after a long day in town. Very reasonable, and comforting to come back to.

We were told to go to building (hidden by Evolve). Press the word Schlage and enter code (hidden by Evolve). But Schlage was at unit (hidden by Evolve). We couldn't enter either unit. ???? We called RISA ! She Instructed us to put the code in unit (hidden by Evolve). Thank you Risa. We enjoyed the rest of our stay and liked our condo. We were also blessed with nice weather.

Beautiful fun place to stay!

Only reason I gave a lower star rating on the Online description Of the property is because the lake was about a mile or longer walk down a super steep hill and the ad made it seem like the lake was right out back. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Couldn’t have had a better place to stay.

We were in Branson for a wedding and decided to stay a few extra days to make a little vacation out of it. The house was very clean, cute and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 4. Booking and checking in couldn’t have been any easier. I definitely recommend staying here!

Loved Branson

Nice time and loved that no pets or smokers had been there. Enjoyed the pool too... bring your own towels. The laundry is close to the pool. Loved going to the Sights and Sounds Theater, Silver Dollar City, and the Dolly Parton Stampede... make sure to eat at the Keeter center for Sunday buffet and tour the college of the Ozarks. Loved eating at Lambert’s and Zios in Springfield.

As we drove up to the property, the address was not clear on the building. We figured it out and walked up to the property. The Schlege keyless system worked flawlessly and we opened the door to a very sweet suite. The decor is fitting for a lake property. The utensils in the kitchen were nearly placed and accessible. The microwave was a little unwieldy, but adequate. The shower was nice, hot water worked well, heating up quickly. The bed was king sized and luxurious with a variety of pillows to try. The balcony faced the east with mature trees to shade it to make it our daily breakfast spot. The pools were easy to find, and access to the lake was available. There is an imposed quiet time that we appreciated. This was our first time not using a hotel to stay when we travel, and we will definitely use VRBO again...thank you for a lovely stay.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Our condo was very nice and clean. Property is very peaceful. Nice playground for kids, pools were very relaxing. Just wish there were grills available closer to condos to use. We saw 2 grills by our building but weren't sure if they were property owners or for everyone to use.
