Very clean and well maintained. Sea Colony is a full service resort offering 12 pools (2 indoor, plus 7 more for the kids), world ranked tennis, fitness centers with indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, locker rooms, exercise room, indoor gym and more! Activities available for all ages including kid's night out, bingo and more. Community Shuttle (in season) and on-site security. Beautiful relaxing beach week

We enjoyed our stay at 302 island house very much. The unit was pretty clean and nicely decorating with beach decor. We had some issues with the seal on the freezer and the water dispenser but otherwise everything went smoothly. The kitchen is well stocked with everything including crab hammers! The view and proximity to the beach was perfect. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Wonderful condo - clean and very attractive decor!

We had a wonderful week at Sea Colony, weather was fantastic, view was lovely and the condo itself was clean and very enjoyable!

Beautiful!

Wonderfully updated and well stocked unit (the only thing we needed but didn’t have was a pizza cutter, go figure). The balcony felt very private with beautiful views. Our family of 5 slept comfortably (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 child). The only “issue” was discrepancies/lack of information with the property management company on conveyances, which caused us to bring items we didn’t need (hairdryers, two were provided) and waste money renting items we didn’t need (beach chairs, two were in unit and blankets for the beds, all beds had 2 plus extras). There was significant confusion at check in with property management and security over parking. Both sides referring us back and forth to the other on where to park (apparently there is now a lottery system, so the parking spot with the corresponding number to your unit may not be the right one). After several calls and visits to the security office finally a supervisor told us just to park in the spot labeled 302. No one complained, so it worked out. All in all, a nice stay and a unit we would rent again.
