RELAXATION ON CAPE COD BAY.

This is a cozy BEACH RETREAT! Wonderful for families or couples. Quiet and restful. Watch the sunrise and sunset from our deck on the beach.

OUR WEEKS GO QUICKLY. Do not wait. This is the perfect seaside cottage.

Family oriented group of 9 cottages. Cottages are just a few yards from private beach. We have a deck on the beach to enjoy watching the sun rise to sunsets. Each cottage has a small lawn. We have been in business since 1978. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.

Truro is the best of both worlds. Come and enjoy a quiet restful retreat at our cottage or enjoy the hustle and bustle of Provincetown just minutes away. Private Bay Beach /Ocean in the well loved Beach Point area of Truro, MA - a very desirable location. You have to experience the Outer
Cape. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT.

Cottages have two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other bedroom has a BUNKBED with a full size on the bottom and a single on top. Each full sized bed has four pillows. Cottage sleeps five.

NO SMOKING inside. NO PETS.

There is a full kitchen with everything you would need - pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware. Two TV's, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, heater, window fans, no AC. Bathroom has a SHOWER STALL, no tub. There is a picnic table w/umbrella, lawn chairs, charcoal grill, beach chairs and a safe off the street parking lot. Cottage has a reading library and board games. You have a clothes line behind your cottage. Parking is limited to TWO vehicles. No boats, trailers or campers.

ENJOY - shopping, sight seeing, hiking/bike trails, bike rentals, array of restaurants, salt / fresh water fishing, fishing charters, golf, drive-in theater, flea markets, art galleries, antique shops, nature walks, a Winery etc.

You need to bring bed sheets. pillowcases, kitchen towels, bath mat, bath towels and beach towels. Manager lives on site 24/7. Email us any questions.

Perfect getaway for me and my husband! Lovely location, well appointed, very responsive host! Close to so many cool things to see and do, but you could also set up a chair on the sandy beach close by and just enjoy the view!The full size fridge and thoughtfully appointed kitchen are great if you want to eat in!Fall really is our favorite time to be on the outer Cape, and this was a comfortable "home base" for our adventures. Many thanks to our hosts!

Pleasant little cottage , great location. Very clean.

Although we wouldn’t choose to stay in that cottage again it’s only because the bedrooms were way to small and the shower was also awkward to get in and out of. If there is a larger cottage we would certainly choose to stay at the Bay View Cottages again. We did like the location and the caretaker on the property was very accommodating and pleasant .

Kitchen totally equiped. Bedroom comfy except for ceiling vent that clanged with the wind, of which there was a lot of. Refrigerator was spacious. Nice chairs at end of driveway, facing the afternoon sun. But a long walk down a path to a small beach. Cottage was comfy for the two of us, but with such a tiny bathroom i can it crowded with kids. However, location was great

Sweet little spot!

What a great find! Loved our little cottage and the sweet "neighborhood" of the other cottages. The beach is amazing as well. Karen is terrific and their property manager, Annabelle, is so helpful and kind. We can't say enough good things about it.

Not good. Daughter fell on upraised brick on pathway. Hospital was an hour away. Dislocated shoulder and very deep wound requiring stitches. Manager immediately try to fix it but I got pictures. This was 10 minutes after we arrived. Was in pain and in a sling rest of the week. It was too cramped for 4 people. It was not as clean as I’ve stayed in other places.
