New townhome in desirable Village Walk complex. This spacious home is a short walking distance from Sun Peaks Village(less than 5 minutes) and contains all the amenities needed for a great family Vacation. The location is directly across from the brand new public skating rink. Relax in the hot tub after a hard day on the slopes, watch a movie on one of three televisions, or just kick back and Listen to music on the Sonos sound system while playing one of many board games.

Great Stay in Sun Peaks

We stayed in the Village Walk for 15 nights. The property was big and spacious, and only around 5 minutes walk to the village, and 10 minutes walk to Orient/Morrisey chair lifts. The kitchen was clean, well set out with high end appliances and armed with every utensil known to man. The living area on the second floor was open with a dining table that comfortably sat 8 to 10. At the opposite end there was a sunken lounge room with very comfortable sofa and wide screen TV with Netflix, Prime and not doubt other streaming services available. There is bedroom on the ground floor equiped with playstation. The bedrooms were large and well appointed. The 3.5 bathrooms were clean, spacious and stocked with luxury soaps and shampoo. The host was very responsive to our questions which made the holiday that much easier. If the opportunity arose to holiday in Sun Peaks again we would love to stay at Village Walk.

An absolute gem of a home!

The home was incredible and so well stocked with so many extras that we did not expect. Very comfortable for two families of 4 and so close to shops and ski lifts. Thank you Tami!

Tami's unit is amazing in everyday: great location, clean, well stocked with the basics and lots of bonus things including a welcome basket, a huge assortment of family games, books and playstation for the teens. Thank you for your hospitality!
