This is a 1 bedroom with two AC units, wall safe, Queen Bed, full washer and dryer, 1 bathroom complete. 3 blocks from Park Lleras. Hot Tub, 2 flat screen LED. 10 meg wifi. We have 2 other (1) bedroom apartments in the building as well as a (3) bedroom in the building for larger groups. Full Kitchen, blue tooth stereo. Outside the apartment you have buses, two 24 hour Pharmacies, 3 ATM's taxis, Avenue Poblado is right there. Plus you have exito express.

You can have guests at your apartment never a charge. We ask you to ask that they Have ID. You do not need to pre-register your guests, it's your apartment.

Very secure

Apartment was in second floor. There's a locked gate at each floor with cameras on the stairwell. Felt very safe there. AC in bedroom worked well.

Nice little place in Pablado

Another nice stay in this building. Again, everything went smoothly and there were plenty of linens and kitchen utensils. The location is central to all of Pablado.

Place has good location and is as advertised.

I arrive at the airport and call the property manager as instructed, he tells me 45 mins. When I arrive I call him again as no one is there. For the next hour I try to contact him sitting outside the apartment at 12 mid night. Other then that the hot water heater clicks constantly in the bed room and is loud so you may find it hard to sleep. No other deficiencies.

I like to respond. We had no one check in here on December 31st as he writes this. I believe this is a false review. But if it is real, when your checking into a apartment and not a hotel it's very important to keep in contact best by what's app. Letting us know you arrived the airport. We prefer at these late hours you use our driver. This way we can give the guy the keys. This reservation would be new years eve and we gave everyone the night off to celebrate so this can't be true. Plus it's anonymous. When your traveling to latin america you really need a go with the flow attitude. If that's not how you are then a hotel here might suit you better. If you have issues I am always available and can co-ordinate to make things right. Your other complaint is that the hot water comes on and off? The place has two AC units, a Hot tub, 2 flat screen Tv's, queen bed great safe location. For those who feel this place offer's great value I be pleased to book you in. Barry, (one of the owners)
