Great location, great place to stay!

Great communication and process for checking in/out. Place was nice, clean, everything we needed. Centrally located and walkable - we went to stadium for concert. Highly recommend!

Great stay

The property was convenient located, clean and quiet. I had noticed on the listing that it had a bathtub shower main reason why I had booked but had a standing shower instead. Only reason I deducted a star the bathroom picture is not accurate. We wanted a tub that the property listed .Thanks enjoyed my stay.

Great location

Great location for getting around the city. It was nice having parking. The floor plan of the condos is very confusing. It wasn't until the last day that I figured out which door to use from the parking lot. Considering the number of condos in the complex it was very quiet. The blinds on the door in the living room were broken so you could never completely close them. The carpet in the bedroom was stained. We only received 1 washcloth which I thought was strange. After I did laundry on my final day I found more in the dryer along with towels and sheets. The kitchen seemed to have everything needed. I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm ever in Charlotte.

Weekend in Charlotte

I decided to go to Charlotte to celebrate my birthday and booked a cute room through VRBO on somewhat last-minute plans. The location was fantastic—right in downtown Charlotte and easy to find. The check-in process included a lot of detailed directions for locating the key, parking near the room, and navigating the apartment building, which was a bit confusing at first. However, once we got the hang of it, it was much smoother for the rest of the stay. The room itself was lovely, and the view from the balcony was a highlight! Overlooking the pool with a glimpse of the Charlotte skyline was a nice touch. The host was excellent with communication, making the entire process seamless. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family. It made for a great birthday trip, and I enjoyed my time in Charlotte!

Great place!

The property was one of my best experiences, yet, through homeshare sites. The property was a newish build in a vibrant neighborhood right on the edge of downtown. The owner was responsive, and his directions for the check-in and check-out process were impeccable and timely. It was a good home base to check out a beautiful city.
