Lets start with the good: property was very clean both in and out of the unit. Unfortunately it also was not in the best condition, with a couch that you sank deep into and a dishwasher that is not up to todays standards, a toilet that rocked. Of course for 4 max people you are only given 4 plates, etc, so you would have to cycle the dishes after every meal. We mostly washed by hand and used the dishwasher as a drying rack. Worst of all was the day light like conditions for sleeping at night, and the outside noise that comes in the exterior windows. Blackout curtains were not promised but are certainly needed. The shade does little to keep the light out, which is prolific even at night. Location is great if you can get past the sleep interrupting loud cars and partiers walking by at night, but not having a dedicated parking space can leave you holding you holding your breath looking for a free space. View out of the windows is a parking garage in close proximity. 4th floor location may be the problem. We also agree with the maze-like nature of the poorly marked hallways leaving you wandering the halls. Was very easy to walk into Uptown, and there are great restaurants in the immediate area. Light rail is close by and easy to get to. Owners were pleasant, though we had problems getting access to their system, and finally insisted on using the VRBO Ap, which worked perfectly. Not having to sign into yet another system is part of the point of paying fees to VRBO.
