Nestled in on the quiet West end of Galveston This house has everything you need to make your vacation to the beach PERFECT!!

This 4 bedroom 3 bath house has tons of outdoor living space from the fenced-in Courtyard downstairs with a large table that seats 10, a Bar, and a Tiki Table for those late-night conversations. The ground floor and bonus room have a private entry from the outside and are not connected to the upstairs part of the house.

Enjoy the spacious Living room and Kitchen (fully equipped) upstairs while having great views out the window, or step outside because seeing the ocean will be no problem from the huge deck on the second floor.

Downstairs you have the Kid's room filled with, 3 twin futons, and a TV with Cable. The Master bedroom is also downstairs with its own private bath and Large Jacuzzi tub for Parents who just want to relax.

Are kids getting too noisy? Send them to the detached Kids' Game room (adjacent to the garage) fully equipped with, Board Games, and a Chalkboard Table for the kids to write on take pictures, and capture memories. This room can also function as a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin bed

Enjoy a short walk to the beach while you leave dad behind to fire up the BBQ grill, or head on down to the community Fishing pier and catch some fish, whatever it is you like to do This Galveston home has got what you need, and we are sure it will have you wanting to come back Again and again.

Jamaica Beach`s community pool is located next to the City Park on the corner of Jolly Roger Road & Bob Smith Road. Pool season and hours are typically Memorial-Labor Day weekends, Tuesday - Sunday, 10 am - 8 pm (weather permitting). Admittance is $5/person (over age 6). Guests are allowed to bring in a cooler, as long as no glass or alcohol. Please see the Jamaica Beach city homepage for pool updates concerning possible extended days and hours of operation.

We rented the property for my son’s 36th birthday. The layout of the place was awkward. There is no internal access from one floor to the other. The bedrooms are small, and the ceilings are very low. The property is sparsely decorated, but in a very good location.

Despite broken appliances we enjoyed our stay

The property manager responded in a timely manner and was helpful. These are the items that should be addressed to make this property satisfactory. Ice maker did not work. Refrigerator on the ground floor was not cooling due to its location in the sun for most of the day. The washing machine was broken. The property manager did arrange for our clothes to be washed at a laundry. Clothes were picked up and delivered fresh and folded. Some cabinet drawers stuck and were not accessible. For the most part the house was clean but we washed all the kitchen utensils and dishes before use. Since we spent most of our time at the beach we were able to enjoy our stay despite these inconveniences. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable.

Family of All Ages - Privacy

We had a wide age range of folks from 4yo - 60. Everyone was super comfortable and had lots of privacy too. FANTASTIC LOCATION!!!

Hot dirty house

This was our first time to use VRBO and probably the last. The pictures they used are probably 7 or 8 yrs old, because the house was not like the pictures. The A/C is inadequate to cool the house. A/C was broken when we arrived and they had to replace the capacitor. The place only cooled down late at night to around 75. All day it was 85-89 degrees. Worst vacation we ever had and the very costly due to all the fees to go thru Svcs. This place is not what it shows in pictures and was filthy outside. They charge $248 cleaning fee to renters and must pocket money becuse we had to clean up when we arrived. Bugs all over so they send an exterminator first day. Not much of a vacation
