A Very Happy New Year

Seven of us converged upon this property and stayed the week after Christmas. The property is beautiful… and the property manager was always available if we had any questions. The house is very well appointed, and easily housed all 7 of us. We enjoyed New Year’s on the Island, and the annual New Year’s Day golf cart parade. Just a wonderful week on a wonderful island in a truly spectacular home!!!

Excellent Beach Location

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was amazing. House was nice and spacious and the location to the beach was unmatched. The property manager was also super nice and attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

What a splendid house with private beach access, plenty of sleep space (we had 10 people in our party), spacious living area, and beautiful decks for lounging. There are some beach toys - sand shovels, sand molds, wave boards that are well used and a little broken up, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Plenty of beach towels. Convenient shower and foot wash outside on lower level deck. Two refrigerators for plenty of food and a good supply of dishes and silverware, pots and pans, mixing bowls, and a couple of baking sheets. The house also has an elevator for unloading and loading. Seraina was a very responsive hostess and there was plenty of information about local services in the house binder. Very limited services on island, but we knew that prior to booking. Overall great stay and would recommend this place to others.

Great quite location

With only ferry access it keep it very quite. Short walk to the beach, house was set up very nice for multi-generational family. Very accessible host. Great get away from the world.

Beautiful upscale waterfront home

Very roomy. The two masters are nice and it has two other bedrooms. Best for 8 people but there is a pullout. The porch was my favorite spot. Screened in and a good spot for reading and watching the beach. I loved this island!

Private escape

We spent 10 wonderful days here with family. Great house, great location, being on Palm Island is like great private getaway. Pretty much have the beach to yourselves. Great kitchen for cooking and entertaining. House has 2 fridges which is a great plus. Screened Porch on main floor is great keep bugs out, Open porch off the master's is high enough there are no bugs & with the house being on the beach there is a always a nice breeze. Highly recommend it. We have spent several years coming to Palm Island and enjoyed this house the most. Seraina was a great host. Always quick to respond and easy to work with.

Best House on the Island

My family had a wonderful week on the beach. We have stayed on the island many times in many different houses. Dolphin Watch was the best. Amazing porches for shade and for sun. Beautiful sunset views!! I would definitely rent again!!
