With lavish ocean views, spacious entertaining and living areas along with high end fixtures / fittings this architecturally designed property is the ideal location. Throughout this villa you are comfortably greeted by ultra modern and contemporary furniture that compliments the sleek and chic design of the property. There are 2 well appointed King Size bedrooms, 1 with ocean views the other with private courtyard views, both equipped with robe and TV. Other features include large open plan living / kitchen / dining area, private sheltered courtyard.

Great stay with amazing views

Superb location with the ocean within 50 meters of the back deck. Great spa and fireplace. Can't recommend it more.

A few days by the Ocean

Lovely Villa overlooking the sea and it's dog friendly which is an added bonus. Ocean frontage and direct access to beach. Villa is well equipped - only negative was the bed sheets could be updated as very worn but overwise a great stay!!

Hearts Beach Front Property

Peaceful beach front property with wonderful views. Our children loved direct access into the rock pools and sand. Property was spacious and had electric bed blankets for chilly evenings. Beds were comfortable, kitchen provided all the necessities needed. Checkin in is strict at 3pm and checkout at 10am. We felt 11am would have been more reasonable. We would stay here again.

Our 5th stay at Hearns Beachside Villa's

We love Port Fairy and Hearns Beachside Villa's. This visit was our first stay in Villa 7 and we enjoyed the 6 night stay. Overall it's very well appointed, although the lounge suite is coming due for replacement. As always the view from the living area and main bedroom was stunning, the walks on the beach and the sound of the waves were very relaxing. We will keep coming back, it's a great place to wind down and enjoy some luxury leisure.

The views from the bedroom and decking are fantastic and almost compensate for some of the property's shortcomings. The living area furniture is tired and not very comfortable. This dishwasher needs immediate repair/replacement. The location is great for those looking for a relaxing stay out of town.

Fabulous Villa

Me and two friends had a fantastic stay at Villa 7. The location couldn't have been more stunning...with sweeping oceanfront views. The weather was also unseasonably cool during our stay so use of the gas fireplace was a nice touch and feature to have. The apartment was clean, modern, well-appointed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. A great place to stay in Port Fairy!

Mid winter heaven

Winter stay on the beach? Yes almost literally on the beach and we are so happy that we stayed in villa7, Hearn,s Beachside. Wild magnificent oceans just out there while we were snug, warm and comfortable inside. Spa and space appreciated.
