We are from Argentina and arrived in the Dominican Republic in 2015 looking for a change of pace, a better life quality and a place to build our dreams.

Why they chose this property

We discovered the samana Peninsula with all it's natural wonders and felt it was the perfect spot to raise our kids. We built our home with family and friends in mind, we wanted to create a destination where everybody would want to return.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the area, the local community and the opportunities all around us.
We love long walks on the unspoiled beach steps away and also being tucked in the middle of a tropical jungle. The river , full of life, fishes, crabs, shrimps, turtles was the definite cherry of the pie.
