Great apartment and convenient location

Very nice apartment that was clean and had some nice amenities. Property is quiet and extremely secure with keyed access to garage, elevators, etc. There were a few minor glitches but the apt complex liaison was fabulous and corrected things immediately. Very convenient for someone with limited mobility, as garage access to apartment is via elevator. Large grocery store across the street and very close to major highways access. Would definitely stay here again.

Ellsworth

Very difficult to get in in the dark, numbers on parking spots in garage not visible. Dark exterior, hallways dirty, broken steps and leaking dishwasher. No extra amenities, had to buy toilet paper and dish soap next day. TV in bedroom did not work.

Saratoga Weekend

This property has great potential. It is in a convenient location for many things to do, we enjoyed our time in the area. A few things needed to be taken care of, but we're never addressed after reaching out to the property manager. Our last conversation was on arrival date Aug. 25, asking if it was okay to arrive earlier than the check in time "yes, no problem". After that, we sent a couple texts letting them know of some of the issues in the apartment: foul smell from kitchen sink, garbage disposal not working, sink was not draining (I actually plunged it myself to at least get some of the water draining), supposed to be "non-smoking", there has definitely been smoking in this apartment, air filter for furnace/air conditioner in desperate need of replacement, some minor damage was already present in apartment that we let them know we were not responsible for. We requested some assistance, never once heard from them again after Aug. 25 check in. Overall, it could be a really nice place to stay. We would consider this place to stay again if needed.
