This condo sleeps 4 guests with a new Sleep Science King Bed in the Master Bedroom and 2 twin beds in the Guest Bedroom.

This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall and beach deck. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project. The estimated completion is late Spring/early Summer 2024.

Ponce Inlet, just a couple minutes North, is one of Florida's destination surf locations as well; throwing both left and right, decently sized swells.
