Why they chose this property
This property was given to my family by Sam Houston Johnson when he passed away. It has always been a place of gathering for my family during the holidays. I'm delighted to share this special property.
What makes this property unique
This historic home is constructed of pink granite, quarried from nearby Marble Falls. It is the same pink granite used on the Capital Building in Austin.
