Welcome to 101 St. Demetrios Avenue, North Wildwood, NJ 08260

New home, half a block from the beach at Moore's Inlet, with ocean and bay views.  Features 9' ceilings, hardwood floors, beautifully tiled baths, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, fireplace, and flat screen cable TVs. House has central air and ceiling fans in every room—refreshing sea breezes flow throughout! 
First floor has open kitchen, dining and living rooms with sliding doors to deck. Dining table seats six, plus bar stools at kitchen island.  Also on first floor, a full bath, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with daybed and trundle. The second floor has a full bath, two bedrooms with queen beds (port-a-crib and youth-size fold-out mattress available), laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, and master bedroom with queen bed, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closet, and sliders to deck; spiral stairs lead to an observation deck with a 360° view of the Wildwoods—a beautiful place to watch the sunset!  Large master bath features a shower and a Jacuzzi tub.
Use of beach chairs, umbrellas and charcoal grill, plus wireless internet. Renters need to bring their own linens and towels.

Families only, please; absolutely no Prom, Spring Break or Senior Week reservations will be accepted.

This house was AWESOME! The owner (Marie) was great. We had a few questions prior to and during our stay and she was quick with every response. The house was very clean and neat. Our families enjoyed it so much. Location was great and there were plenty of restaurants nearby for food options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great little find!

Close to beach and bars. Lots of space and great even for rainy days. Weather didn't cooperate, but the host had everything you could need for a beach day on site. Would recommend and stay again.

Great Family Vacation

This was our first time visiting Wildwood and this house was perfect! Walking distance to most things, easy to navigate with a 3 year old, 17 month old and 15 month old. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house is fabulous!! We feel so comfortable that it’s very sad to leave. The kitchen has everything you need, plenty of seating at the counter and table. The lovely porch on the main floor was our go to for morning coffee and relaxing evening breezes. This home met our every need for a perfect vacation. Our host Marie is a lovely woman and very accessible.

Perfect Beach House

This is my third stay at this property, and it does not disappoint. One block from the beach, quiet neighborhood, and everything you need to totally enjoy a week at the south Jersey shore.

The house is great! Perfect location for dining and entertainment, and close to beach. The house is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. They also provide beach chairs which is convenient. We would happily rent this property again.

Celebrating mom!!

We had the best time! My mom is 97 years old and we have wanted to get the 5 generation photo for sometime now. We did it!! It was so great to see our family again. My sister has a house not far from our location. What a beautiful home, going up the spiral stairs is a feast for the eyes.What a view!! We will definitely be back!

Much more spacious than the pictures show

The house is beautiful. We stayed with 9 adults and one baby and were very comfortable. There was every appliance that we needed - two coffee pots and all kinds of utensils. The location was good, about a .4 mi walk to the lifeguard beach. There is parking near by which was great when the baby came with us. The only small issue was the owner did not respond to my messages while we were there. There wasn't any urgent questions so it was fine, but not sure what we would have done if we did have an emergency.

Great getaway at the shore!

We liked our experience so much last year, so we rebooked again this year. The house is beautiful and well stocked with beach gear and all the house basics to make our stay comfortable. There are many great restaurants in the area and the neighborhood is clean and safe. Good walking paths and plenty of nearby activities.

Bright and Clean House

This was a a great house for a short getaway with several friends from church. It was perfect for us. We enjoyed the spacious house, great decks, sea wall walks, and short walk to the beach. This house is exactly as pictured. Marie was super helpful and accommodating. We are already planning our trip to stay at this fabulous house next year.

Perfection Plus

From start to finish, this vacation was seamless. The house is nothing short of spectacular from cleanliness to amenities. Location is perfect, with great views and only a short stroll to the beach. We had our young grandchildren with us and having a play area downstairs was lovely!!! We also like to cook and the kitchen has everything we needed and more. We will be returning to this house again!!! Absolutely perfect!!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Excellent location in North Wildwood, close to the walking trail on the sea wall and a wonderful beach just half a block away. The house was clean and well equipped. We felt as if we were in our own home. Entry with keypad was easy for anyone staying to come & go. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes and beach toys in the garage. We’ll be back next year!

An Amazing Family Vacation

I cannot say enough good things about this property! We arrived to a beautiful and spotless home away from home. The house has literally everything you could need for a beach vacation. We were less than a block from the beach and the outside shower sure came in handy for the kids. The owners were very responsive and thought of everything when organizing their home. My family of 10, ages 65-4, were very comfortable and had an incredible week. We look forward to renting again in the future!

Sparkling Clean Beach House!

My family and I loved our stay! There were two 7-year-olds and 4 adults that had a blast. The beds were comfortable, satisfying showers—plenty of space. Amazing views of the ocean, tons of beach gear (umbrellas and chairs) in the garage. Two short blocks to a quiet beach and boardwalk. Truly your home away from home
