The two-story atrium house can accommodate a total of 6–10 people.<br>A discreet caretaker resides on the estate, 20 metres from the house, and is available around the clock to assist guests upon request, as well as to provide all types of maintenance services at Fazenda Rosemary, including pool and car care.
