The Anchorage is a fully air-conditioned, two bedroom, just renovated, waterfront luxury apartment. With one of the best riverfront views in Noosaville, you will not want to leave the large north-facing balcony overlooking the river. But when you do, you'll have free use of bikes, kayaks and paddle-boards to explore the amazing Noosa environment - the riverfront, the ocean beaches, the river and lakes and the stunning hinterland. The Anchorage is in a quiet location yet is only a few moments stroll to Noosaville's wonderful cafes and restaurants. The bedrooms at the rear of the apartment are blissfully quiet. The Anchorage is a small complex of only eight apartments with a sunny swimming pool at the front of the building. The undercover parking space is not suitable for vehicles as it houses the bikes, kayaks and paddle-boards. So, if you require undercover parking, this place will not suit you. There are two on-site guest parks and usually plentiful free street parking immediately outside or in close proximity to the apartment. A bonus is the building's private pontoon where you can swim, fish, launch the kayaks or tie your boat up. This apartment will not disappoint, it is simply sensational.

Cliff was a great host. ! Always responded in a timely fashion. The unit was awesome and looked just as it was advertised. Loved the location. With a 2 minute walk to restaurants right on the riverfront! We used the pool everyday! The balcony view is awesome. So much activity on the water we loved having our morning coffee sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. What a View!

We have stayed at this property twice now and we will definately return again! Great location close to shops and on the river with sensational views! The host is amazing and checks in to make sure you have all you need, the place is very clean and well appointed. Great spot with kids as has a pool, located right on the river very close for a dip in the river or fishing or kayaking etc… We will be back, highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment is beautiful, all new furnishings and so well equipped. The location is perfect - on the river, just a little further down from the busier end, so it was quiet and peaceful both at day and night. Amazing view from the balcony overlooking the water, seeing the sunset. Great pool, easy parking, even in school holidays. Cliff the owner was great to deal with, really quick and efficient when we needed to contact him. A fantastic stay!

Wonderful quiet riverfront property

We had such a relaxing holiday at Cliff's property. Waking up every morning to the stunning views was fabulous. The property is in an excellent location, close to everything, is extremely clean and includes everything you would need and more. We particularly thought the bathrooms and kitchen are very modern and well appointed. Also has an excellent laundry! Overall we just loved the property and wished we had another week! We'll definitely be back!!

Location, views and watersports

The apartment is bigger than anticipated and comes with so many extras. We spent much of our time on the balcony taking in the views of Noosa River. The jetty access combined with a garage full of watersports equipment meant our teen was never bored. Little extras throughout such as beach towels, sunscreen, and more. We (Cliff and Beth) live in Sydney and spend as much time as we can in Noosa, our 2nd home. For us, Anchorage is in the perfect location - with the river at the doorstep and restaurants a moments stroll away yet situated in one of the quietest locations along the Noosaville riverfront. Mornings and evenings on the front balcony are magical with vast, unobstructed river views including to Noosa Heads. We love kayaking, paddle-boarding and cycling, all of which are immediately accessible. The other tings we love about Noosa are walks along the river and the National Park, the many ocean beaches and the stunning Sunshine Coast Hinterland that has endless opportunities for exploring, cycling, hiking and climbing, not to mention lazy afternoons at country pubs, restaurants and artisan breweries. Our Sunday mornings always start with a visit to the Noosaville Farmers market to stock up on amazing produce for the week ahead - fruit and vegetables, pickles, fish, meat, condiments - everything you could want.
