2 Bedrooms set up as Queen, Queen. Upstairs unfinished space Queen, 2 Twins. Full Bath, Outside private shower, 3 Window AC units.
Outside Entertainment Area, 2nd floor Observation Deck, 20 foot Over Water Deck, Weber Gas Grill, 18 foot Boat dock, Floating Jetski dock, Stone yard.
Fish, Crab, Boat, Kayak, Stand-up Paddleboard from your backyard. Streaming YOUTUBE TV, Prime TV, and WIFI, Parking for 3 cars. All Linens provided.
We live next door and can assist docking your boat, if needed.
This is a year-round Family neighborhood, Families only. No large gatherings!
