This open-concept living area is perfect for lounging after a day on the slopes or at the beach. The high-vaulted ceilings and large picture windows let in incredible natural light. With comfy seating, large dining table for 6 and bar stools along the kitchen counter there is space for everyone to relax and spend time together. Even the chef of the group can be a part of the action in this kitchen. The living space also includes a large HD smart TV with cable and a gas fireplace. The deck is accessible from this second floor living area.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor of this unit one with a king bed and the the other with 2 queen beds. Both share a full bath with single sink and shower/tub combo. On the second floor there is another full bathroom with a single sink and walk in shower. On the third floor is the loft with a full and twin bed perfect for the kids to play and sleep!

The grounds of Lakeland Village are incredible. You will not find a nicer beach in South Lake Tahoe. Walk only 200 yards and your at the lake!
