You'll fall in love with this new condominium and it will become your frequent place of lodging while in Asheville. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only.
This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only.

CEO, Brandon Towns, has over 20 years of Hospitality experience. He has managed full service as well as select-service properties in almost every sector of the business; including corporate, extended stay, franchised, and independent. He has extensive experience with new openings, renovation planning, and asset management and has held positions as General Manager, Director of Sales, Vice President of Operations, and Owner. His experience expands across all brand types of rental properties, hotels and resorts, including Hilton Properties, IHG, and Independent Boutique Hotels. He has put together a staff that is knowledgeable of the area and industry, and excels in customer service. He and staff are on-site and hands on to assist with all departments' action plans.
