End each evening on the private balcony with a drink and the energy of downtown below. The building is secured with keypad-access entry and an elevator, so you`ll always feel at ease coming and going. One dedicated parking space in the covered garage is included — leave the car and walk to nearly everything, or use it as your base for day trips to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Chimney Rock, or the Biltmore Estate. Traveling with a dog? You`re welcome here. A $75 non-refundable pet fee applies — just contact us after booking to arrange. We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and communicative. The location was perfect and in walking distance to several places. Would highly recommend staying here.
Great location downtown. Very clean! Walked everywhere for food and drinks. Secured garage parking. We had a couple minor mishaps that were taken care of immediately and didn’t affect stay at all!
Our stay was excellent. Amazing place to stay. Convenient to downtown restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

We had a problem with elevator. I called the contact number in email and left a message on emergency line. I got no response. A building resident did help us. For that reason I will not stay here in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location was great for our needs. The secured parking garage was nice, and the entire building is very secure. Check in/out was a breeze. Perfect size and amenities for the two of us!

Crystal clear communication before check in. If you are looking to visit the breweries, this is the location you're looking for. Yes the bus is acriss the street, but my wife and I never had any issues, and we walked from 3 blocks away at 10pm at night. We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo in a secure building with indoor parking. Close to many restaurants & other downtown Asheville attractions. The Asheville bus station is across the street which attracts many homeless people.
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Bright, large space. Instructions were clear and host was responsive. Location was perfect. Would definitely recommend.
The property was clean and spacious for two people. Provided parking was nice and it was an easy walk to downtown (less that 10 minutes to Biltmore Ave.).

We really enjoyed the condo, it was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. We were within walking distance of all of the shops, restaurants, brewery’s, etc. We recommend this Condo. Hoping to be back soon.
It was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The garage door was a little loud, but I liked the security of it. Would stay here again!
The condo was an A+ with plenty of space, cleanliness, and convenience. Great location making for a short walk to the center of town. For families, the location across from the bus station made for some less than ideal observations but we always felt safe.

Very clean and secure. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Across from the bus station with many homeless residents but never felt threatened or unsafe. Would absolutely recommend!
We spent two days in Asheville before a week at Hilton Head. It was a way to break up the drive from Ohio. Lovely town and the Biltmore tour is a must. Great shopping and food downtown. This property was great and a short walk to the action
