LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN COMPLETE WITH ALL UTENSILS. GUARDA SUN AND BEACH CHAIRS FOR USE. TWO BICYCLES FOR CURTIR. NESPRESSO COFFEE MAKER, TOASTER. HEINEKEN CHOPEIRA. THREE ROOMS WITH AIR CONDITIONING, GARAGE FOR TWO VEHICLES, BUT THERE IS NO NEED, SINCE IT IS A CONDOMINIUM CLOSED WITH GOOD SECURITY.

Viagem deliciosa

A casa de Avelino é ótima. Encontramos o local super bem cuidado e muito limpo. A casa é simples, mas atende super bem o propósito. Os chuveiros são quentes e com bastante fluxo. Colchões bons, ar condicionado funcionando maravilhosamente bem em todos os quartos, ventiladores silenciosos e ótimos. Há bastante espaço nos armários. Os móveis dos quartos são de alvenaria, então não há possibilidade de alteração de layout. A cozinha é muito bem equipada, só sentimos falta de alguns potes com tampas para guardar alimentos, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado. A área externa da casa é sensacional. Um local ótimo para churrasco e para refeições. O jardim é super cuidado e, apesar do muro baixo, a privacidade é excelente. O condomínio é muito seguro, sempre há guardas passando pelas ruas, bem tranquilo e silencioso, não tivemos nenhum problema com a vizinhança. Há máquina de lavar na casa e também cadeiras de praia, o que é um super bônus para as estadias. A praia é bem pertinho, 3 quarteirões pequenos. Praia excelente para crianças, mar calmo e limpo, areia fofinha e limpa, muitas conchinhas, do lado do acesso à praia Domingas Dias. O contato com o Avelino foi ótimo do início ao fim, sempre disponível. Só tenho a agradecer pela estadia.
