Located in the exclusive More Mesa Shores community, Paradise Retreats exclusively brings you this large ranch home is ideal for nature lovers. The back deck opens up to More Mesa Open Space, a grassland habitat for lots of cute critters that also includes miles of hiking trails. It’s not uncommon to see bobcats, coyotes, mountain bikers, and locals on horseback all in one day. Situated in between Goleta and Santa Barbara, everything is a short distance away.

The five-Bedroom home offers more than enough room for everyone. Upgraded Kitchen appliances and cozy couches make it easy to spend a night in watching the sunset through the large bay windows. The outdoor deck includes a hot tub and unobstructed views of surrounding nature. Plus there's a private walkway down to the beach.

We had a great stay. We were able to spend lots of good family time between grandparents, cousins, and our family. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t available, and the backyard space was specifically amazing. Ping pong was a hit!

Great weekend away

This property was great and all had a wonderful time. The location is excellent with access to ocean bluff walking trails, private beach access, and still just a few minutes from the grocery store. Overall a great family-friendly location and well-appointed. We cannot wait to visit again.

Wonderful, spacious house

Amazing Location near Open Space and Beach

This is a lovely house that is very well equipped for comfortable living. We spent the Christmas holidays here with our family of 6 with 3 generations. The beach is nearby. The house is very comfortable for families and the location could not be more stunning.

Gorgeous house right on the water

The house exceeded our expectations. Mid-Century Modern vibe with plenty of room for all. Beautiful neighborhood right next to the ocean and walking trail. Well appointed kitchen and loved the extra towels for the beach. Happy to stay again on my next trip south.

Beautiful property

This is the third time that we’ve stayed at this property and we have never been disappointed. I suspect that we will be returning to this property again and again in the future. The location is a little further outside of town; but it is in an idyllic spot just above the beach. We love it.
