The apartment is located on the top floor of the EF-house, consisting of a lounge m. Kitchen (dishwasher, stove m. Oven u. 4-ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), satellite TV, radio, guest access for free wi-fi, dining table with 4 comfortable chairs, views of the bay in front of Sassnitz. and a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and. further seating. This includes a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
In the living room is a double sofa bed, also located in a sloping roof a 140cm wide comfortable sleeping accommodation.
We are happy to refer to our 2. Apartment in our fresh (2018/19) and high-quality converted outbuilding, which is a bit bigger and u. U. offers more sleeping accommodations. (Apartment "Julia", object 2911736 at vacation-directly).
Car parking space is on the property.
The house is situated in a side street on the outskirts of the romantic Old Town, where some cozy restaurants and cafés, to stroll on the beach promenade, a popular and busy port and a national park, there are only 5min walk.
The sandy beaches in Binz or Glowe you reach by car in about 15-20 minutes.


Leisure activities: Excursion boat trips from Sassnitz harbor along the chalk cliffs to the seaside resorts, also to Usedom and Poland, as well as trips by ferry Mukran to Sweden,

A ride on the 'Orlando Furioso', the very popular steam-powered narrow-gauge railway Rügen is not just for railway enthusiasts a special experience, but for every pure romance.
For many, the visit of the 'Störtebeker festival' in Ralswiek the highlight of their holiday complaints.

Bicycle tours on the well-developed bike paths on the island are more popular, a well-equipped bike rental service is located in the next street.
Walks on the cliffs, through the beech woods or on the beaches are very charming and relaxing the off-season and make our apartment at any time to an interesting starting point for such activities.

Wir hatten zu zweit einen wunderschönen Urlaub u.a. mit Rad-und Wandertouren. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage in Sassnitz für Ausflüge zum Königstuhl aber auch für abendliche Spaziergänge zum Hafen und zur Mole. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super, mit Föhn und in der Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Eine vergessene Mütze wurde uns sogar nach Hause geschickt :-). Vielen Dank, wir kommen gern wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral in Sassnitz gelegen. Den Bahnhof und den Hafen erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind ein sehr freundliches Ehepaar.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir wurden von Frau Sakowski sehr freundlich empfangen und sie hielt auch gleich einige Rügen- Ausflugstipps für uns bereit (Die sich alle als lohnenswert herausgestellt haben!) Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein- vor allem der Blick auf's Meer vom Frühstückstisch aus, hat uns sehr gefallen! Ins Bett einzusteigen ist etwas schwierig, da es seitlich keinen Platz gibt. Auch die Dusche unter der Schräge ist für große Menschen nicht so komfortabel. Aber es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Unsere mitgebrachten E- Bikes konnten wir sicher abstellen und laden. Für's Auto gab es einen guten Stellplatz neben dem Haus. Die Lage der Wohnung in Sassnitz fanden wir für unsere Fahrrad-Ausflüge ideal, weil der Ort sehr zentral auf der Insel liegt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort mieten!

Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!!

Wir hatten uns kurzfristig zu diesem Urlaub entschieden und mit dieser Ferienwohnung (als eine von wenigen noch verfügbaren) sowie den Vermietern einen echten Glücksgriff gemacht. Wir wurden am 1. Tag sehr herzlich von Michael und Kathrin empfangen und bekamen direkt eine ausführliche Beschreibung zur Insel und möglichen Aktivitäten. Dies haben wir in den darauffolgenden Tagen auch genutzt und kamen nach 1 Woche gut erholt wieder daheim an. Die Wohnung selbst war in sehr gepflegtem Zustand und auch platzmäßig war es für uns mehr als ausreichend. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können uns den sehr guten Bewertungen unseren Vorgängern nur anschließen. Also alles Gute Euch Beiden...und ganz sicher bis bald mal wieder :)
