Return visit

We like this location in the resort for a couple of reasons. Less busy entrance and full sun all day. A couple of maintenance issues but over all a great place to stay

Was a wonderful stay!

The property is located at a very convenient location very close to everything very secure and the communication with the property manager was good before the stay . The pool was clean and fun to have it was kept heated as instructed so we had a nice time .. The property needs some updates like light not working at many areas and freezer was not working tv were lagging but we could live with it … Overall it was a great stay .

A great property conveniently located in Champions Gate. Excellent homeowner association facilities available for guest use including multiple pools, gyms, tennis and restaurants. Nice small pool at the house for cooling off as well. Good restaurants and grocery store nearby. We had a great stay. A few issues with appliances but the management company responded quickly.

Very nice house for Disney Vacation

We spent a week here in January / February 2023. The house is clean and just like the pictures. A couple things to note: There is zero salt or pepper. Bring your own if that’s a thing for you. The freezer doesn’t freeze. That was a little inconvenient but we dealt with it. Overall it was clean, comfortable and perfect for a home base to visit the parks!

Family Vacation

The house was clean, but needs some deep cleaning, paint touch up & minor repairs. The curtain rod to the sliding door was barely hanging on, but the owner responded quickly to our message and had maintenance out to fix it the same day. Pantry door was broken, but we didn’t use pantry so we didn’t have it repaired. Only notified owner so we weren’t charged for already broken door. Large house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Supplies provided are for one time use only so you have to purchase extra toilet paper, napkins, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and detergent. Plenty of shopping in the area. Good location to Disney, Universal, & Clearwater.

Fixer upper

This is the second time we have stayed at this house because we liked the location and the south facing pool but this time we had so many things broken when we got there. The pool was green and unusable. There were breakers that kept tripping, the dryer was broke, the dishwasher leaked, the refrigerater inside door was broken, the upstairs carpet needs replacing, 2 of the beds were practically set on the floor, outside cushions were stained and need replacing. If you’re going to say your property is “luxury” then it should be better maintained. I truly don’t like giving bad reviews but we would not return to that house the way it is.

Alot of things broken

Tried to communicate through the vrbo app with no responses at all. Got there code to get in would not work luckily the maintenance guy was there to fix a tv stand. Ice maker and inside freezer did not work. Air hockey table did not work. Walls were filthy. Patio table chairs were broken and falling apart except for the one that had been replaced recently. We stay at champions gate every year and this will be the first and last time we use

Was expecting more

Seeing the listing of the property we were very excited to get to the house, until we got there we noticed the fridge wasn’t as cold. We had ice cream and it all melted in the freezer. The beds had stains of who knows what, the pillows had many stains including all the extra pillows provided. We had difficulties with the toilets, they seemed to be clogged and weren’t able to use them. We found a dirty diaper in one of the bathrooms and trash from the previous people in the rooms. The TVs kept glitching a lot as well and struggled with that. Furniture from outside was in bad condition, needs some updating.

DISAPPOINTMENT

I cannot express the disappointment we have had with this house . Says 14 people and although it has the space for 14 it’s definitely not set up for 14 . The kitchen is really lacking , drawers have 2-3 things in them to make them look full but in reality you don’t have enough pots pans or cook wear to cook for a family of 6 let alone 14 . Definitely has problems with the pool/hot tub , you’ll pay for your full stay and it will either be cold for 4 out of 6 days and the other two so hot it burns your kids and causes you to throw up . Pool stays cloudy . Poker table no chips or cards . Towels but no wash rags , no fitted sheets just tucked flat sheets , carpet it scrunching in multiple places . Tried to speak with management multiple time but apparently our dissatisfaction is not thier problem?? Consider they manage the property id say it is , but ok . Cleanliness was at the bare minimum not awful but definitely could have been better . I definitely wish I would have read more reviews as it seems the problems I have had , have been on going for a while . I’m not sure if the true owner of the house knows how awful it is being maintained and how awful the management company treats their guest are being treated but they need to be informed . Nothing was worse then coming back from a long park day to have the magic ruined by yet another problem. Save your money and stay somewhere else

You reported in the morning that the pool heater wasn’t working, and later that same day claimed the water was so hot it caused burns — this contradiction is, at the very least, questionable. Regarding the kitchen supplies and other amenities like the poker table, no issues were reported during your stay. If they had been, we would have promptly addressed them, as we always strive to ensure our guests are well taken care of. We take communication seriously and make every effort to maintain clear and respectful contact with all our guests. However, we do not accept disrespectful attitudes toward our staff. Mutual respect is essential for a positive experience on both sides. We regret that your expectations weren’t fully met and remain committed to improving our service wherever possible.

I booked five days for nine people. I am formally requesting some kind of reimbursement and compensation due to the extra expenses incurred and the distress caused by the lack of a functioning property during our stay, based on the following:- Visibly soiled bedding which we had to wash before using- Dirty bathrooms with hair and urine- Dirty floors throughout- Dirty dishes in the cabinets - Two door handles coming off, and sliding back door with loose wall mount- One bedroom and bathroom without electricity/continuously tripping breaker (our guest had to leave because his room was non-functioning)- Flickering lights throughout/faulty wiring- Mostly used toilet paper in bathroom some which were visibly soiled (had to purchase toilet paper)- Particles coming out of fridge ice/water dispenser- We ran out of the following supplies and had to purchase them ourselves (not enough for number of days booked): garbage bags, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, cleaning products to clean the house since it was not clean upon arrival.All of the above issues were communicated immediately to the owner, the property phone operator, and the maintenance people multiple times from the start of our trip and every day thereafter. Pictures were included in communication. These issues were never appropriately acknowledged or addressed, and the owner deliberately ignored many of them as well as arguing that things had been addressed when they had not been.

To whom it may concern, I just would like to address some concerns with the home we stayed at. Upon arrival we requested the pool be on Wednesday 1/17 when we arrived 1/21 pool was extremely cold. We HAD to pay for four days of $120 as states the pool takes 24 hours to warm. Pool heat was turned on in Monday too cold to swim. This gave us two days to swim in the pool when we should have got 4 days for which we paid. On top of that the breaker or there was a flow problem daily. The house stunk extremely bad. Two of toilets were plugged of BM upon arrival. Dishwasher leaks and breaker trips during use takes all day to do a load of dishes. Garbage bags we get two bags for 6 day stay with 14 people. Toilet paper as well. Flat sheets to sleep on super inconvenient. Inside fridge. We bought $400 in groceries. Freezer didn’t work all my freezer items thaw. Meat is expensive and this was more money wasted. Also the ice maker door inside fridge is broke that was super annoying when using fridge. Towel bars fall off wall. As well as toilet paper dispensers. Bunk room closet door opened it up to unpacked fell right off hinges. Master bathroom the decorative piece that looks like a Drawer fell off and hit my daughter’s foot cutting it open. She’s 4. When looked at it was prior duct taped on. Zero things to clean or sanitize. 1 dish soap for 14 people with no dishwasher. That was more money to spent. I paid over $2000 for this home. And was super disappointed. I

The house was great and we would give it 5 stars but we paid for the hot tub and it never got any warmer than the pool even after talking with the host and doing what they said to do. Everyone was very responsive when emailed, check in was a breeze and the house was very nice and a nice location and community. Thank you for allowing or son and friends to stay there for the week.

Reality is yes it is a pretty big vacation home but it is beat down and not well-maintained the issues started immediately when we walked in the front door it smelled like cigarette smoke and started to look around at the disgusting filth from not being cleaned appropriately while looking around at all of the issues my seven-year-old son plugged in the air hockey table didn’t realize the wire was exposed and it shocked and burnt his little hand then going upstairs and looking around I smelt some thing in the master bedroom and bathroom I walked in there was a seal on the toilet but you could tell somethings smelled very badly I popped the seal to find feces and toilet paper. Clearly they do not clean the toilets they just walk around and put seals on the lid as if they are cleaning them. (Btw I sent them a message about all of this and their response to me was they checked the log and it shows there was a seal put on the toilet. They could care less that my child was shocked. They did send somebody out to fix it they were supposed to send somebody out to clean but they never showed up) I ended up buying bleach spray that evening because I couldn’t stand looking at the mold around the kitchen sink. Day 3 of being there my babies started to get pretty sick taking them to get checked they were confirmed with the flu A. I purchased Popsicles for them to find out The freezer was broken & they could not fix it. Also every time you run the dishwasher it would leak all over the floor, then the microwave stopped working It was one thing after another. The carpets are disgusting we took our shoes off at the door walking around for five minutes our feet were black from The filth. There were so many issues I cannot even explain everything went into my bedroom to a big bug crawling on my babies bottle sitting on the nightstand I cannot believe after paying the money that you pay to stay in these rentals they give you 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels. At least when you stay at a resort they provide you with unlimited supplies. I won’t get started on the the people screaming, running around through your yard all hours of the night. We ended up leaving the property early it was just too much hassle to stay. By the way I do have pictures & videos if anyone is interested! This should be against the law! I feel robbed of $2000!!

Property was as advertised. It was perfect for a larger party, with plenty of room for everyone.

Property Manager was super responsive. Perfect location to be able to go west to the beaches or east to the theme parks. Would absolutely stay again. LOVED it!
