Located steps from Maidstone Park beach and amazing sunsets, our charming beach cottage was built in 1932 and updated in 2000 with decorator finishes (the house was featured in the New York Times and other shelter magazines).
Recent updates include: New ceder and metal roof, new french doors, and new outdoor shower -- all by high-end contractors Copper Solutions. Updated electric service winter 2023.
Master bedroom, large sleeping loft, and guest cottage (sleeps 5, including loft -- must use library ladder to access loft).
Garden dining area features lush plantings and high-quality lighting. Regular tick spraying.
Lots of beach equipment included; 4 minute walk to bay beach.
Walk to Maidstone Market, chic coffee shop (S&S), and restaurants (Rita Cantina!).
Registered and compliant with all town of East Hampton laws.

The property is a fantastic little quaint cottage on a quiet road in East Hampton. Only about 10 minutes to get to town, and the garden is a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink or two. Loved staying here.
