Oceanstay Sapphire Slice

A light, airy, modern beach house for those who appreciate the relaxed coastal lifestyle no with all the essential luxuries. Situated in a private estate, with beach access outside your front door and your very own private tropical pool to unwind. 5 min North of Coffs Harbour shopping centres and restaurants and 2 min to the popular Beachstone cafe of Sapphire Beach.

Slice of Sapphire has all the comforts you need for your beachside vacay, including air-conditioning, large indoor and outdoor rain showers, freestanding bath tubs in both bathrooms along side king & queen sized beds. The ground level features the open plan living, dining, kitchen and outdoor entertaining area all overlooking the pool area with BBQ and Webber.

Bed 1- (Upper level) King bed, master ensuite with double vanity and open double shower. Separate freestanding bath tub, walk-in robe and Apple TV. Air conditioning and sliding doors opening out to side upper balcony looking out to the ocean.

Bed 2- (Ground level) complete privacy with Queen bed, ensuite, built in wardrobe and Apple TV. Sliding doors open out to a courtyard and outdoor shower.

Bed 3- (Upper level) Queen bed, main bathroom access with rain shower and freestanding bath tub. Built in wardrobe and sliding doors open out to upper side balcony overlooking the Ocean.
Air conditioner positioned outside bedrooms 3 and 4 to service.
Bed 4-(Upper level) Queen bed, main bathroom access with rain shower and freestanding bath tub. Built in wardrobe and sliding doors open out to private side balcony with Ocean glimpses.

Port-a-cot, bassinet and high chair available upon request.

We also provide a fully equipped kitchen with additional kitchen appliances including Espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven and all necessary utensils and cooking equipment. The living area features sliding doors which completely open out to the pool giving the feeling of indoor/outdoor open living and beautiful established tropical garden and sun chairs for your privacy. Suitable for couples and/or families.

Amazing house - great for 2 families

Amazing place and a well set up house. It had everything we needed and it was clean and comfortable. Sapphire beach is pretty rough so wouldn’t be suitable for little kids swimming. We knew this so weren’t surprised. Other than this everything was excellent.

Amazing house

We had a great time at Slice of Sapphire. The house was amazing and location so close to restaurants etc and also able to walk along the beach. The bathrooms were gorgeous.

The house was beautiful. But the cleanliness and the presentation needs a lot of work. We also found other people's clothes in the garden beds. The drive way into the garage is very steep and we weren't told about it when we booked the house. We contacted the owner/ manager and was told the cleaning/ maintenance in the Peak season was not a High priority for them

Stunning House, Gorgeous stay with rolling waves soundtrack

This is a beautiful property. The sound of the waves is captivating. The house is well maintained and well set up for a family with teenagers. Comfortably furnished and well-equipped kitchen. Relaxing environment. Plenty of beautiful places to sit on balconies, in living rooms, by the pool, or walk to the beach itself. Quiet neighborhood with patrolled beaches and shopping only 4 min drive away. Michelle and Craig both were very prompt and accommodating. Definitely coming back.

Birthday celebrations with friends

This property was absolutely beautiful, clean and modern. Everything was so well thought out and provided for. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet with beach access straight across from the property via a short walkway. You do not need to leave this beautiful house, but if you do, it is quick 5 min drive into Coffs Harbour. Thank you so much Michelle and Craig.

great time was had. The toilet seat was not secured in toilet upstairs. Could not find the extra towels . The barracuda keeps falling down so not sure it is doing the job it is supposed to.

Lovely beach location -exclusive neighbourhood

The house had four comfortable bedrooms and was spotlessly clean. The wifi was great and the amenities were modern and worked very well. Unfortunately the small outdoor pool was not heated so we could not enjoy a dip as the weather was cool. Located in a private estate that was safe, quiet, and well maintained, this house allows for a restful holiday. The local beach is not for swimming and is hard to walk on, but other swimming beaches, walking tracks and attractions are an easy drive away.

Everything is Covered

Great Modern House. The owners have thought out everything to ensure your family needs are covered, even down to the small things.... Saphire Beach is not patrolled but my teenage boys found a sandbar north of the beach or just drive to beautiful Diggers beach 5 minutes away. If you like walking the tourist board map shows a path that links all the beaches around that area.

Wonderful Winter Break

We had a great stay at this beautiful beach house. Great locations and lots of space for the family to enjoy. The house is very well appointed and has everything you’d need. We had a couple of small issue which Michelle and Craig were very quick and willing to help with. We’d love to stay again perhaps in the summer.

Holiday Heaven

We had a girls weekend and this location was perfect as we had girls comming from Lismore, Sydney, Port Macquarie and Bendigo, Coffs was so central and the place was amazing, so spacious, and even had all the little trimmings, shampoo, conditioner etc and all the kitchen appliances you would need, was a lovely touch. The beach was literally a hop step & a jump, and although we couldn’t use the pool due to the rain it was nice to have, I will definitely look forward to comming back. Craig & Michelle made the booking so simple & they were so lovely.

Our first time in Coffs!

Overall a lovely, luxurious home. We enjoyed our holiday in Coffs immensely! Below are our thoughts on the property. Pro's of property - lovely hosts (michelle and craig), location, size of home, quality of furniture/fittings Con's of property - x 2 inverter air cons are not sufficient to cool all rooms in property which is really required given humidity up north. We had multiple gecko's during our stay which were in the main bedroom (they make a terrible noise throughout the night, which woke me and my husband) unsure how they ventured into the property given we had the air con on all the time, with no doors open. We removed 3 of them and yet on our last night there was a 4th! Unsure if anything could really be done about this given I am aware up north Geckos are a plenty. Although the pool is beautiful, it is quite small if you have 5-6 adults and 2 children staying in the home, all wanting to use the pool at the same time.
