Our villa is located in a desirable neighbor hood in the country side surrounded by orange groves and mountains away from the hustle and bustle of urban living but with easy access to it.
What makes this property unique
This is a fantastic home-away-from-home featuring 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The main inside living space offers a large living/ dining room with dual sided wood burning fire place. This creates the perfect, sociable living environment for dining and relaxing in.
The modern kitchen features fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, wall mounted range hood and microwave. There is a washer and dryer in the house hidden behind a closet. Gas barbecue and a place to cook paella.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available (with your own laptop/ smartphone/ tablet etc), plus there is a 55 inch smart TV with several apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, You Tube, Movie Rental etc., connected to Satellite dish for English channels and Terrestrial Antenna for local Spanish channels, and a CD player. To keep you entertained, there is a selection of books and games.
There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in dinning area. Heating in all rooms.
You can eat breakfast on the terrace with a gorgeous mountain view, relax in the very private garden surrounded by lovely trees, herbs, plants and bushes. Cool off in your private salt water swimming pool, play or relax in the extensive gardens, or chill out on the spacious covered terrace during the heat of the day. The pool area boasts an 9 x 5 meters pool (1.8 meters deep) and a solar pool shower. There are roman styled steps into the pool. This area is perfect for family fun or catching a few rays in your sun lounger. There are outdoor furniture such as sun loungers, deck bench, garden swing and outdoor table. Six beach chairs & towels and 3 beach umbrellas are supplied.
