Welcome to your cozy corner oceanfront vacation rental condo on beautiful Amelia Island in Fernandina at Oceans of Amelia! This delightful retreat features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a spacious balcony offering breathtaking ocean views that is just steps from your door. The master bedroom boasts a relaxing king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed. For additional guests, there's a convenient pull-out sofa in the living room. The open kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and its adjacent daybed provides a serene spot to unwind while gazing out at the endless horizon of the ocean.

Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

Pros - a truly great location. Nice view from balcony and very easy beach access on a non crowded lovely beach. Unit had well equipped kitchen and provided extra beach towels and a few beach chairs. Cons - the building is pretty dated. The unit would benefit from new carpet in the bedrooms. It was very dingy in a I don’t want to walk on it barefoot type way. The beds, pillows and bed linens were astonishingly uncomfortable. Better mattresses or even new pillows and non scratchy sheets would go a long way. The bedrooms are why I deducted stars. The listing says it can sleep 6. But. That’s really pushing it. It would be tough to put even kids on the sleeper sofa. Overall - it was a decent place for my family for a long weekend and the easy beach access mostly made up for the flaws of the unit.

Great views!

Wonderful large windows in living area to allow maximum enjoyment of ocean views. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. Easy access to beach and close to Ft. Clinch & Fernandina Beach. The "grocery carts" by elevator were very handy for move in/move out.

Amazing sunrise views!

The views were amazing and beautiful to wake up to the sunrise over the ocean. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The condo was not as clean as I would have liked especially the bathroom around the sink area and I would recommend at least one more comfortable seating area as we had 6 guests and one either sat on the floor or in a dining table chair. Other then that the place was great and steps away from the beautiful beach.

Great condo for a family beach week

We had a great beach week at this condo - it had everything we needed. There are three flights of stairs so we got our steps in daily, though there is an elevator available. We loved watching the supermoon rise from the balcony one evening. Another evening we witnessed hatching baby sea turtles make the trek from the nest to the shore. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Charmed!

The condo was every bit as nice as it appears in the photos. We arrived to a clean and charmingly decorated condo with updated furnishings, all the amenities, and gorgeous views of the ocean. The location is great and easy to get to any place on the island in minutes. We loved the covered parking which kept our car cool. There's a pool, a place to put kayaks and SUPs and a place to lock bikes and easy access to the beach. We had some trouble with communication as questions to the owner/management were not answered and we didn't get an email to pay the balance or get check-in information. We had a ten-hour drive ahead of us and I was uneasy with the fact that we had no communication with anyone about check-in. However, we did get a call the night before departure (which I didn't see until the next day) and everything was resolved. I'd like to see communications done well before departure and hope that VRBO and management ensure this is resolved. Overall a great stay!

Stayed for 2 nights and ample room for our family. Amazing view of the beach and ocean. Easy access to downtown, state park, restaurants. We have friends that recently moved to the area, so we will definitely stay here again!
