It’s the perfect location, just five houses from the dune crossover and a stroll away from two pools and the Great Lawn! Three of five decks overlook the scenic lake and infinity pool, and all have seating groups ready for relaxation. Enjoy two master suites, a darling bunk room, and a spacious, open-concept main living area in this masterpiece of a vacation home.
AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: The house is beautifully appointed with inviting beach pastel colors and upscale decor. In the second-floor main living area, large windows provide light and showcase incredible views. Time in the kitchen offers a spacious island that seats four and overlooks the dining area and living room. It comes fully equipped with quality dish and cookware and offers easy access to a deck, which also a dining area and a gas grill for cookouts.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: A highlight of the house is the third-story master suite with a king bed and amazing views. You’ll feel like you are on the top of the world as you open the blinds each morning! The third-floor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or stargazing before bed. This room also provides privacy from other guests and the convenience of its own dry bar with microwave and mini-fridge.
The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other a bunk room. The bunk room has one full size and three twin bunks, along with one twin trundle bed providing ample sleeping space for family and friends.
GREAT FEATURES: Extras include an elevator for easy access to all floors, a Vitamix blender for perfect iced drinks and smoothies, Sonos speakers, a TV in every bedroom, and Netflix. Coffee lovers enjoy a Keurig and Nespresso machine, coffee bean grinder, and milk frother, along with a traditional drip coffee maker. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Beached Inn is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Beached Inn the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
