Excellent location on a quiet block, perfect for riding bikes. Excellent beach access (quick walk, or bike ride, but ample parking if you need to drive over with all your beach toys), wonderful beaches, access to shopping, sightseeing, etc. Ease of access pulling up in the driveway and unloading our stuff. Short ride to the oceanside and Washington Mall, Wildwood, CM Lighthouse, and so much more. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and I would recommend for families and quiet people, not people who like to party and make ruckus.I anticipated needing a lot more BYO kitchen stuff, but the house came well-equipped with almost everything we needed. We packed everything but the kitchen sink, but if you find you need something shoot over to Ocean State to find anything you might have forgot!Seamless, minimum contact check-in/check-out. Washer and Dryer on property is clutch.We didn't read about the "supplies shed" until check-out, so we didn't know there were extra beach chairs, umbrellas, etc, out back should we need them. But the firepit was cute and we used it once to make s'mores. Not property-related, but definitely go to Harpoon's on the Bay, a few blocks away--had the best buffalo wings there! The rest of the food was great too.Also, we rented an SUP (stand-up paddleboard) from Riptide (nearby rental shop) and couldn't recommend more (they also rent bikes, kayaks, etc). He dropped off/picked up right at the beach, highly recommend this shop for their services.

September long weekend

We stayed in this house for a long weekend in September. It was the perfect size for us and our three young children. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the privacy. It was a quick drive to the bay and a 15-20 minute drive to most of the places around Cape May we wanted to go. We did have a few problems with pests - we were pretty sure that there was a mouse in the kitchen, there were a lot of spiders inside, and there were ant traps out (we didn't see any ants though). We weren't able to enjoy the yard at all because of mosquitoes, but it looked nice! It was also annoying that the bathtub didn't have a drain plug. Other important basics like the air conditioning and appliances all worked great, though. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Quiet clean neighborhood. Cute little house

Cute 3 bedroom house that was perfect for my family of 5. I have 2 eleven yr olds and 1 -3 yr old. The kitchen was great with pots and pans s and dishes and cups. It was well stocked. Regular size coffee maker and fridge and washer and dryer. The backyard has a fire pit area, small patio area for BBQ ing 2 sheds. We have access to 1 small shed that has um rella and chairs but we did not use. We stayed here because of the description and price. Excellent price compared to other areas and this house is nice and clean It has a shower in a tub but you can't take a bath. Kids were bummed about that part. Queen beds were comfortable. Twin beds were okay. Definitely for kids as it is not that comfortable as an adult to me. I would definitely stay here again. We traveled to Cape May Point for family and this was about 15 min away. My only co.plaint is about whomever stayed there before us. They did not separate recycle with trash well and they put recycled in plastic bags also, they placed dishes in the dishwasher with food on the pans so it did not clean all the way.

Second summer staying here

Second summer staying at this beautiful home. Short distance to an almost private like beach on the bay side (2 min drive, 7 min walk). House is beautiful, clean and spacious. They offer a huge selection of movies and games. Hosts are easy to get in touch with if needed. 15 mins to Washington square in Cape May and 25 mins to wildwood. Will be booking again next summer if we do Cape May.

The house was lovely - actually bigger than we thought with a great backyard - and in the nicest neighborhood! It’s close enough to everything (4 blocks to the bay and 15 minute drive to Wildwood/WW Crest) BUT in a nice quiet residential neighborhood.

Really is close to everything

My boys and I had a quiet and relaxing time at this property. Tucked away in a neighborhood, it really is close to everything. We were able to walk to the bay each night to watch the sunsets and it was just a short drive to all of the places we went. Highly recommended!
