Great Stay, Would be perfect for a group!

Very beautiful property and very helpful management team, everything was very clean and great! The canal and pool were great and though there was only two of us, it would be a great spot for a group who wants to throw open the doors and enjoy the pool all day!

Great choice in a good location - happy family

The property was as listed, clean, and very well stocked. Located in a great part of Cape Coral. Perfect for our growing family - the pool and canal fishing opportunities made for happy children! Owners were responsive. We would recommend this location to others.

Nice home with beautiful canal view!

Our family enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed having use of the bikes and kayaks. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Caprice was very nice and always answered my phone calls and texts to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a great stay Caprice!

Excellent Property & Location

We have stayed in over 35 VRBO properties both in Europe and the USA, and this property, we rate in the top 3. The property manage Caprice greeted us when we arrived, and she did stop by to see how our time there was the day we left. Everything is as pictured & described in the ad, and we had no problems with anything during our stay. The location is great being in an upscale area, is close to grocery stores and alot of restaurants. The pool and the hot tub are great as we would go out in the morning for a swim before heading out for the day, and back in the pool before supper. We just cannot say enough about this property except that is was perfect, and we highly recommend this property for couples like us and also for families ..... We plan on returning for another stay. Buyer Beware - You pay for ELECTRICITY USAGE

When you first walk up to the door you’ll notice rust all over the door. Upon arrival, water was all over the kitchen counter and floor from a faucet leak. Asked them before arrival to make sure place was cool as it is Florida…. Well upon arrival the house was set to 80 degrees. No one greeted us on arrival, which is weird for a VRBO place. They charge a cleaning fee but when you read their LIST on the counter or should I say their Bible… you’ll find that you need to sweep, take linens off etc…. Then why do we pay a cleaning fee again???? We got charged a week after departure 130$ for overage of electricity. Unbelievable. So if you rent, do t turn air on, hot tub on, lights on or anything because you are only allowed 30$ in electricity for the week. Absurd. This may be in your contract but when requested to see it, never was sent. Don’t use the grill either. We used it once for a quick dinner and took the grates off and cleaned them in the since along with wiping down the unit and ALSO got charged a 45$ grill Non cleaning fee!!!!! Lastly, if you re t a boat or have a boat you will have to go through the LOCK system to get to the main water and it’s a 39 min slowwwww boat ride there. So this place is not close to any beaches by any means. There are tons of beautiful places in Cape Coral, so go somewhere else where you don’t get fee’d to death and ruin your vacation at the end

Adult Family Vacation

This property was fantastic. We brought our adult children & their significants for a total of 6 people. Each couple had their own bedroom & bathroom - HUGE BONUS! The pool area is the heart of the home. We disregarded beach plans & spent 3 days just playing in the pool, relaxing, fishing off the dock, & kayaking the canal. The kitchen was fully stocked & plenty of linens, pillows, etc. for the bedrooms & baths. We are already planning to return next year!!!

Memories made

We had an awesome time in Cape Coral. We spent most of the time outside by the pool. My 10 year old stayed in the pool one day for 10 hours, and we still had to make her get out! My dad caught a stingray and it had a baby on the dock. We got the momma back in the water and she had more! All swam off safely. We went on a dolphin ecological tour and it was equally fantastic! It was a once in a life time week full of great memories!

Beautiful house poor management

This property is absolutely beautiful! It’s spotless clean and the outside area with the pool and hot tub were amazing. There were many amenities and we really felt at home there. The only problem was the check in process and dealing with the property manager. When we checked in we were told to call a phone number for instructions. The first thing we were told to do was find the electric and propane meters and take pictures of them and text it to her. We spent an hour searching for the propane meter with no luck. I finally called her back and she said she had given me the instructions for the wrong property. 🤦‍♀️ She then went off with all new instructions about the pool that were somewhat complicated. But the main concern for them was the electric use. You also have to take a picture of the meter before you leave and text that. They allow $35 for the whole week which isn’t a lot. Any overage will be charged to your credit card. Also I couldn’t get onto the WiFi. After texting back and forth the first few days she finally told me the homeowner had it locked. 🤦‍♀️At checkout we were told to strip all the beds, wash all towels except for the ones used that morning and broom clean the floors. Well that’s not a vacation to me especially when I’m paying $180 for a cleaning fee for 5 nights.

Relaxing vacation

Very much enjoyed our time at your beautiful house! The Lanai was a great place to relax. We took a couple of enjoyable kayak rides with the two kayaks that were provided. This place is a winner!

Relaxing and enjoyable Christmas

My grandsons did not want to leave they both were swimming and enjoyed the beautiful dock. My husband enjoyed fishing from the dock and how close we were to shopping the beaches and the local grocery stores Pine Island. We found neighborhood parks close by we enjoyed going to Fort Myers beach, Sanibel Island and the fresh fish market at Matlacha. We will be back,

Super Nice Place

We had an excellent stay and loved the house, location, western view and pool/spa. We didn't like the master bed mattress and turning on / off the spa is a manual process on the side of the home. Besides these minor issues, it was a great home and we would rent again. Scott & Misty

The BEST!!!

Wow!!! We were nothing but wildly impressed at this property, the cleanliness, the amenities, everything was perfect. The western facing views provided the dreamiest sunsets, we were able to bike and kayak, and of course enjoyed the outdoor pool/spa area every single day!!! Thank you!!!

Exceeded expectations

We absolutely loved this house! It was even better than the photos show. It was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need and so clean and bright. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, The colored lights really added to the relaxed ambiance. The rooms are very spacious, beds are super comfy and all showers were amazing! The garage has beach gear and pool floats. Nadja was so nice and helpful. We just can’t say enough about how nice it is, we will definitely return.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

we had a great time with the accommodations especially the pool. There was one day the kids swam for 6 hours! Close to groceries and restaurants. We went to Boca Grande and Wow some blue water!! Would highly recommend this home.

Wie im Paradies

Wir haben wunderbare 3 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Ich war zum 19. mal in Florida in wechselnden Häusern und kann sagen, dass dieses eines der Besten war. Es war alles komplett vorhanden, ruhig gelegen, sauber, hell und freundlich. Gerne immer wieder!

Perfect vacation rental

We rented this home for one week and were impressed with the spacious rooms, cleanliness and very well-stocked kitchen. The location was quiet and peaceful and conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The patio, pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and the lights were a nice touch. Great rental home!!
