Master bedroom with queen size bed. 2 bedrooms with two twin beds in each . 2 loft areas with 2 twin beds each. One loft is accessible via ladder perfect for children and young adults. 1 and 1/2 baths. Sleeps 12, no exceptions. Linens(blankets,sheets, pillow cases) and towels not provided. Great room with dining area and fire place with pellet stove insert. Large upstairs family room with 2 sleeper sofas. TV in every room. Internet access with WiFi. Outdoor fire pit and BBQ. Laundry room with washer dryer. Lake rights to private dock and shared beach. Bike, fish, boat, kayak, jetski, waterski and tube in summer. Snowmobile, ice fish, ski and ice skate in winter. Tennis and basketball court on property. Dumpster for garbage at entrance to property.

Stayed at the house the house was clean plenty of parking Property owner was very responsive to any questions or issues to be clear to really wear no issues. More questions has his beautifully well maintained great decor. Can’t wait to stay there again next year.

Cabin fishing trip

We’re a group of family and long time friends that have been coming up north for years now for a spring fishing trip. This cabin was perfect for us as were a group of 10. Plenty of space and no shortage of activities to keep busy with even when the weather turned bad we were able to play with the pool table, and watch movies. Nice and quite area with no interruptions couldn’t ask for anything better!

Beautiful Place!!!

Our family has been camping in Brantingham for 50+ years, and this is one of the most beautiful, spacious, cabins we’ve been fortunate enough to find! We love the beautiful woodland themed decor and it’s equipped with all the amenities for a very comfortable stay! Location is perfect-walking distance to everything! We had the best time making more memories! Such a great place!

Fun at the Lake

The cabin was big enough to accommodate our family. The location was exclusive to enjoy the nightly bonfires but close enough proximity to the beach and lake. We truly enjoyed our vacation.

Beautiful cabin on the lake

The cabin was beautiful and spacious with lots of sleeping room. The location was quiet and in very close proximity to the lake. Kathy was quick to respond to messages and make check in very easy. We hope to stay again!

This was our first year not staying directly on the lake and while we missed that, there was a nice woodsy feel being at this cabin! Kathleen was also super nice and very easy to get ahold of!

Super Cute Large Cabin for Lake Group Summer Getaway

Super cute cabin. Amazing family room setup for large group. Seating for all for dinner and watching tv. Lake clean and beautiful for swimming and fishing. Facilitated linens for fee which was so helpful as was first leg of longer road trip! Beds a bit/hard but we made due. Missing some kitchen essentials. Loft room and upstairs rooms hard to get cool in warm weather. Overall excellent!

Great House!

This was an absolutely wonderful house! The kids stayed upstairs in the loft, watched movies, played pool and camped out. The adults stayed downstairs hung out by the fire, played cards and had a blast! The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kathleen was attentive and answered texts immediately. I would 100% rent again!

Great Getaway!

We had a great week at Woodside. Property was exactly as described. Great outside area for 5 kids (ages 2-10) to play. A 2 min walk to where we docked our boat for the week, and a 3 min walk to a small, shared beach-very small, but kids didn’t mind! We had great weather, and the cabin was a great place to relax w family after a day of tubing, boating, swimming, and kayaking!!! Thank you!

Great house-perfect for families with lots of kids!

This was a wonderful house! We did a Mom adventure with Three moms and four kids ages 8-13 and itwas perfect! Lots of beds and fun hidden lofts, not to mention tons of room outside to roam and explore! Upon check in an information sheet would be helpful to let the renters know about things included with the house: there is a park, basketball court and swimming area that we didn’t know about until day 2. Also, a great dock for fishing and swimming! It was a wonderful getaway-thank you for sharing!

Great Place

The cabin was large. Able to seat ten people for meals. The area was somewhat secluded. Easy walk to the private beach which was ideal for the younger kids. Roped off area and a raft. We enjoyed the fire pit several nights. TV in every bedroom and the family room on the second floor was huge. Worked perfect for us

Great place to stay

We had a great week at Woodside!! Kathy was great to work with and very quick at responding to all questions and concerns. We had an issue with the house, very fixable, and she sent someone right over to help resolve it that day. We had 4 adults, a 15 year old and a 4 year old staying there. It was very comfortable sleeping arrangements and enough room for everyone with room to spare. Will definitely be back!

Great House, Great Location!

This was the perfect house for our group! We had 8 adults and 4 children ranging from 2-6 years old. The main living space was perfect for hanging out and socializing and then upstairs was good for tv and games. The kitchen had everything we needed and was great to make home cooked meals in. The house is located right on the trail system for snowmobiling which was perfect as that is what we went for and lucky for us they has enough snow to allow for it. The contact with The Melitos was always available when needed which was amazing. We wished we could have rented the whole winter season because this house was that good!
