About this property

Beached As Yallingup WA

Modern private luxury home with magnificent ocean views over Yallingup Beach and Cape Naturaliste. The home is located on Caves Ridge on the perimeter of the immaculate grounds of Caves House and within easy walking distance to Yallingup Beach, Smith Beach and all amenities of Caves House. Dunsborough town is 10 minutes by car, Margaret River Township is 30 minutes.

The home is fully equipped and accommodates 8 people with 4 bedrooms (3 with queensize beds and one with 2 singles). Main bedroom has its own private ensuite, the second bathroom has separate shower, bath and vanity with separate second toilet. Full linen is supplied (tea towels, doonas, sheets, pillow cases , bath mats and towels) and beds are made up ready for your relaxing holiday. Please note that beach towels are not provided. The house has slow combustion wood fire (wood provided) and reverse cycle air conditioning.

Outdoors has a large balcony with gas BBQ and table seating 10.

2 TV's with DVD, games, Hi-Fi with I-Pod connection and table tennis is provided.

The house has a large secure double lock-up garage and outside hot shower.

Yallingup Margaret River Region

"Beached As" is located at Yallingup, the gateway to wineries, beaches, walking/tracking, horse riding, art galleries, fishing, surfing, caves, golf and relaxation of the Magaret River region.

Yallingup and Smith's beaches both offer safe swimming for children as well as excellent surfing waves, both are an easy walk from "Beached As". Caves House offers bar, restaurants, gardens and picnic area.

We loved our stay at this resort style house located in natural setting with stunning ocean views. Its location from the Yallingup patrolled beaches, the Caves Hotel and Dunsborough also made it ideal fir our family holiday. We all wanted to stay longer!

Hidden Paradise

A beautiful home equipped with everything you could want. Nestled on a ridge with sweeping bushland and coastal views. An added bonus is a short stroll to iconic Caves House. Highly recommended.

The property is fully equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Activities range from bushwalks along the coastline to short strolls to the beach through the beautiful gardens of Caves House. Or you can just sit on the verandah and enjoy the views along the coastline.

Beached As - Caves Ridge

We loved our stay in this fantastic and very comfortable holiday house. Caves Ridge is a wonderful location - just a short stroll to Caves House though the gardens and a 10 minute walk to the beach front. The view from the balcony is even better than the photo! We would definitely recommend Beached As to our family and friends. Linda was a great host too!

Girls weekend away

Beached As, was the perfect house in the perfect location. Short walk to Caves House, the beautiful Yallingup beach and Andy’s store for your morning coffee. The house has the most amazing view and is immaculate. A wood fire for winter and everything you could possibly need. Linda is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Everything was fine, easy access to the Yallingup Beach. TV didn’t work at all, no WiFi available.
