This stunning architecturally designed abode, sits on a 2 acre block offering expansive 180 degree views from the ocean to the undulating valleys of Mt Duckworth and Yallingup Hills.

The property incorporates a brilliant combination of modern materials highlighted by feature natural stone work both inside and out. The perfect property for a wonderful South West getaway and is situated on the ocean side of Caves Road close to famous beaches, surf breaks, wineries and tourist attractions.

Located upstairs is the vast open plan living, kitchen and dining area that opens out onto the expansive north facing balcony. The Master Bedroom and ensuite is located upstairs, down stairs is the second master bedroom with ensuite and two large double rooms that link to a second living area.

Also located on the ground floor there is a family bathroom, laundry, huge games room and an enormous undercover alfresco area.

Additional to the Main House is 'Analey Lodge' which is a self contained guest suite comprised of a king sized bedroom plus kitchen, dining and bathroom and is finished to the same style as the Analey House.

The property is a two minute drive to the fabulous Injidup beach.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
Bin collection day is Monday please place both the green bin & recycling bin on the front curb Sunday evening. If bin day is not during your stay bins are to be taken out to the curb on departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not accept leavers/schoolies - even if accompanied by a parent or guardian
All guests must be 21 and over unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Groups with one guest over 21 and the rest 18-20 will be declined.

Beautiful home and having the separate lodge was a great option for family with sleeping issues. However, the upstairs kitchen and lounge room was difficult for the elderly members of our group or anyone with knee issues.

Such a stunning house, in a good location. This home provide a great retreat for our family. The house was stocked with everything we would have needed during our stay. Perfect for a large family or group and a whole seperate self-contained unit which also had everything you could need. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Beautiful home in bush setting

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and were so sad to leave. The home was very comfortbale and surroundings were quiet. We loved the open fireplace and the space it gave us all whilst still coming together for a fabulous girls weekend away. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful forest hideaway

Our family with 8 adults and 4 little children had a refreshing holiday in this well equipped, modern, comfortable home. The huge balcony was safe with restful tree filled valley views. Massive kitchen, dining table and family room, as well as well utilised games room with air hockey, table tennis. Separate cottage for super quiet sleeps! Close to Indijup Spa, attractions and shops. Perfect. Need to take child crockery/cutlery, booster seats, more tea towels and hand towels.

Analey House was perfect for our family. Having 3 married children plus 2 grandies - 10 in all, the house was roomy enough to comfortably fit us all. Great wineries, beach and amenities close by, meant a lovely 4 day break before Christmas, to relax with family. Thank you for opening your home. It was perfect for our needs at this time. Very nice and extremely specious

Analey house was very clean and extremely specious. We were two families with 5 kids age ranged 0-15. And another adult who stayed at the granny flat (separate to the big house). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need but the kettle and the oven trays were dirty and because there’s not much of cleaning products we couldn’t properly clean it so we didn’t use it. The gods of interior design and architects may disagree with me but I cannot understand why the two en suits don’t have a door. So if someone is using the facilities no one else can be in the bedroom as there is no privacy. And if someone did use the toilets well then, you’re going to sleep with the aroma that comes with it 😂 We had to contact Paul after hours twice and he was extremely nice and attentive. The fist time was because I forgot to request a portacot for the baby and Paul delivered it to us first thing in the morning. The second time was because one of the fuses tripped and we had no access to the electricity box as it was behind a locked door. It tripped because we had the car charging outside and the washing machine + dryer were working at the same time. Paul came on Sunday night to open the door for us and was still very nice … I recommend bringing more towels and toilet paper with you. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Great property!

We absolutely loved our stay at Analey House and Lodge. The house is modern, clean and beautiful. We will 100% stay again. Great location, short trip to wineries and the beach Only feedback is there is a wifi deadspot on one of the kids bedrooms (we only know that because we couldnt get the toddler's white noise to work in that room as the wifi dropped out constantly) and the second master bedroom with the queen bed, the matress isnt very comfortable and could do with an upgrade. Would be ok for kids but we stayed downstairs to be near our toddler/baby. The grandparents stayed upstairs in the master bedroom and the king bed was amazing, super comfortable & a high quality matress.

Wow this property is truly amazing and even better in the flesh. Stayed for a long weekend last weekend with a group of 8 adults and 4 infants and the size and space the property has to offer was perfect. The kids loved playing outside and in the playroom. We have a toddler and a newborn so we stayed in the lodge which was perfect. The property provides literally everything you could need. The kitchen and living area is huge providing lots of room to socialise and have yummy dinner and drinks all together. We did a Xmas in July on the Sunday (being from uk) we cooked up a huge roast dinner. Every pot and pan we could have needed was there and double oven was a bonus. You really feel like you are out in the bush but great location knowing you are right by the beach and Yallingup and Dunsborough. Will deffo stay here again. Thank you very much. Lynsey & Group

Incredible Injidup

We loved our stay, the property was more devine than even the pictures show. We had a large group of 10 children and adults but it felt spacious and offered privacy. The games room was thrill for the kids and the grounds and location allowed us to feel a mile away but also so close to beautiful beaches and local attractions. We would love to stay again.

Perfect Escape

Great property to escape to with family and friends. Group consisted of 7 adults and 3 children. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the property. Very well stocked kitchen with all the appliances, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc you need to cook up a storm for all. Beds were comfy and the bedrooms spacious. The Lodge was a great escape for the grandparents to retreat to and the games room and outdoor space was fantastic. Would love to come back to stay again.
