Spacious Two bedroom 2 storey townhouse situated opposite Merimbula Lake. 500m from town and 2 minutes from Spencer Park Beach. 2 bathrooms Large open plan lounge dining and kitchen Dishwasher Austar 1 Queen and 2 Singles.

The Heart of Merimbula

Terrific views of the lake, access to the lake across the road and location to the town centre and restaurants.

This unit could use a serious update.

No hair dryer, no wi-fi, no linens, spider webs galore. Shower door (upstairs) almost fell out. And very old cabinets, doors in kitchen and bathrooms.
