Great location. Bathroom/laundry need some TLC. Loose tiles in shower and water leaks on floor.

Merimbula Getaway

House is well located with a nice view of the river. Given that it is managed by an agent, the nice homey touches you generally get with an owner managed property weren't there but it was reasonably well appointed. A clothes dryer would help for longer stays. Quite neighborhood however.

A gem in the heart of Merimbula's vacationer's precinct

Although a few decades old, the unit was very functional with abundance of light and character. Very close to the beach and only across the road from the lake. Quiet neighborhood with manicured garden. Good BBQ facilities. Good parking. The only dampener is the lack of air conditioning which may make very hot days intolerable. I will be considering the same property for accommodation next time I head to the NSW south coast for vacation in the future.
