Located in the peaceful surrounds of Belongil Beach, this three bedroom split level apartment is part of a beautifully maintained small complex with shared pool and undercover parking. With only a short walk to the beach and the heart of town it is perfect for a holiday getaway.
Read a book as you sit by the pool, a 2 minute walk and you are at the beach for a refreshing dip, or pop down to the Belongil Beach Cafe for pre-dinner drinks. The unit is an easy 10 minute stroll along the beach to bustling Byron centre.

The upstairs loft style bedroom contains a king size bed and one single bed. The second bedroom is on the main living level, separated with dividing wall, and contains a queen size bed. This unit is sure to accommodate all conveniences with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, internal laundry, and a relaxing bath in the main bathroom.

Very disappointing and would not recommend

Overall cleanliness of property surrounds and unit itself was extremely poor. Dead rotting frog in pool, bins smelling as probably not emptied for over a week, unit was not clean. Ironing board disgusting with rotting padding, dishwasher falling out of its allocated space. Peeling laminex on cupboards. Visible dirt and dust on surfaces. Kitchen window siliconed shut and frame sitting out 2" from where it should be. Kitchen tiles with black stained marks on them so look very dirty. Considering the rental charged, definitely poor value for money. Definitely would not recommend and would never stay there again.

Great Location

Great spot 1 min walk away to the quieter part of Byron Beach. Walking distance to town. Perfect location.

In need of an update and air con

We have stayed in number 7 for many years and love the location, however it is getting a little tired and the unit needs air conditioning. The top floor is too hot to sleep in, even with a fan and the windows wide open.

Great apartment with killer beach location!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The location is fantastic and the pool is a bonus especially for the kids. The apartment is huge and everything is functional for a family beach holiday. Really loved it and will def book again.
